Jeremiah and his crew were awesome. Jeremiah was very professional and responsive in his communication with us and coordinated the removal of the trees with the crane truck flawlessly. He and his crew were on site shortly before the scheduled start time and had the equipment staged and ready to go on time. His crew expertly removed the trees, ground out the stumps, filled with black dirt and cleaned up the yard better than it was before they started!

Recently my wife put me in charge of our landscaping project.  I ultimately chose Lee?s Landscaping and Design.  Lee and Seth were great to work with.  Both were knowledgeable and truly took the time to understand our needs.  The crews were polite, professional, and were very good at what they did.  My entire experience with Lee?s Landscaping completely exceeded my expectations.  Most importantly, they exceeded my wife?s expectations.  She loves our new back yard.  Thanks for the great work and making me (as well as our yard) look great.  I would highly recommend Lee?s to anyone interested in professional landscaping services.

It went extremely well; they were all very, very professional.  They were all on time, they did not hit the house or the garage and did a great job with the branch removal.  They were all very friendly.  We are bringing them out again today on more tree work because they did such a great job before.

Cathy came and looked at our back yard. She interviewed us with our likes and dislikes for our garden needs. For instance what types of plants do we like and don't like, how much time do you want to spend in the garden and what is our purpose? She came up with a plan for our space that had a variety of plan selections to choose from for each location along wtih photos of the plants so we could make our best selection. More importantly she was working with in our budget. What I liked is she gave us a growing plan. We wanted to work in one area with others to follow later on and the design plan included all of that. We made our plant selections and they were delivered at an appropriate time for planting along with great instructions and everything we needed to make our plants work in our space. It was simple and easy.

Paul is very professional and responsive.  He made multiple visits to my house when the job changed.  He made reccomendations that saved me money.  He is so honest he did the job for $500 less than his original quote because he said they used less materials and labor than he predicted.  That type of honesty of very rare these days.

It went ok, but when issues arose like 8 out of 12 bushes dying and some minor erosion we called and emailed and are unable to get a response or reply. the work was supposed to be guaranteed and now we are stuck paying someone else to repair.

They took the time to answer a lot of the questions we had. We kind of gave them an idea of what we were doing and we told them what kind of walk we wanted. They led us to the back of their building to show us the types of different rock that they had available. They were able to take the dimensions that we had and give us an estimate on how much rock we needed, and the type of rock, as well as the sand and gravel. They gave us directions on how to get the project started and they offer classes on how to do this stuff for free. They were very good people to help us on that. I will use them again in the future.

I think the quality of the design is good. They always respond but it is about a "B." They are very friendly but not always as experienced as one might like. They are always willing to do things. I have been pleased with them.

I met with Tom Spanier in May of 2008 and was immediately impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. He was the first one out of four that I got an estimate for a sprinkler system installation. The second thing that set him apart from the others was that a few days later I got a personal thank you note in the mail for just the opportunity to give me a proposal. I have never gotten one of those. It really stuck in my mind. I received the other three estimates and all four were within $100 of each other. I went with Northwest Landscape based on my contact with Tom and also they were the only one of the four that proposed to do the plumbing correctly from inside the house. All of the others wanted to add the backflow off of the outdoor faucet. I have seen our neighboors and it is not pretty. Ours is nicely tucked away behind our house. The crew that performed the installation was very professional and hard working. They cleaned up everything and showed me how to operate the system (which was very easy). They also were the only ones that offered a comprehensive three year parts and labor warranty. I have had a couple of the sprinkler heads replaced and each time I called into their office I was treated with respect and they were right out to fix the problem. I was told I may have some sprinkler head problems since our lawn was in disrepair and very sandy at the time of installation. I had the system blown out by them at the end of the season and that went just as well as all my other contact with Northwest Landscape.

I cannot say enough how great it was to work with Brian Kerber. The original process started back in August of 2007 after we got our front yard regraded in May of 2007. I had decided to try and save myself some money that summer and grow the grass myself. It didn't work. The extreme temperatures and lack of moisture from that summer did not help either. We were planning on going with The Lawn Firm in September of 2007, but we had family circumstances that prevented us from do it at that time. I wasn't sure what to do in the spring of 2008, but Brian called me to check in. After thinking about my experience from the year before I decided to get a sprinkler system installed in June. Brian recommended waiting until August 2008 to hydro-seed since that is one of the best times of the year to seed your lawn. We waited and did our part to prep the lawn as he requested. Brian arrived on the day he said he would and his crew prepped and hydro-seeded the lawn just as he promised. We had a large thunderstorm the next night and I was fearful that the seed was going to be washed away. It was not. In about six days we had a beautiful green lawn starting to appear and we were able to enjoy a nice lawn late into the fall. It is now spring of 2009 and our lawn is the first one in our neighborhood to be green (without the help of the sprinkler system).
