    From quoting the job to booking the transport the response and service was prompt, courteous and professional. I had 2 cars (one brand new) that I was nervous to load onto a car carrier and explained how important it was to take care. The pick up was on time with plenty of proactive communication. The trip from MN to GA was next day! The transport equipment looked brand new and the enclosed trailer inside was as clean as my brand new car! The drivers were very friendly and professional and took every precaution to ensure there was not a scratch. White glove delivery.

    The last time I went there I had my front brakes fixed because they were warped, had a tie rod replaced that was loose, installed new tires put and had an alignment completed. I used the shuttle to get a ride to Mayo and they also picked me up from work.

    Great!  The work was done in a couple of hours for one fourth of the price of the manufacturer's replacement kit. That included his crew's labor.  I have been a satisfied Little Bob customer since 1989.  In addition to the excellent work he has done on my cars, he is a trustworthy resource for ancillary automotive matters. I have even taken a trailer with a bent yoke to Bob. He referred me to someone who he knew could fix it as well as he could for less money. I will definitely continue to take my Jeep to Bob for any future repairs.

    Tilson Automotive Service Center
    About a year prior, they let me know that the subframe was starting to rust quite a bit, and that replacement would be necessary at some point. Last summer (July 2015), they said the subframe was no longer secured safely and needed replacement before any other trips. Joe showed me the damage and explained clearly what would need to be done at minimum. He provided a quote for it, but the car was already in a bad place in general. The cost of the repair was comparable to any other quotes I could find, and I have grown to place trust and confidence in Tilson for thier craftsmanship and attention to detail. We opted not to complete the repair at the time because ultimately, the repair cost was higher than the worth of the car. We traded and upgraded.

    Two things stand out most with my experiences at Tilson: It is a quintessential family run business with the best customer service I've received in any industry. The work done was always timely, communicated clearly to me and my wife, and when decisions needed to be made, Tilson always called, talked it through, and allowed us to decide what steps to take. I highly recommend making Tilson the primary car care provider for anyone in the area.

    My daughter's 2003 Ford Tarus stopped working in subzero weather. Someone helped get it started and she took it to Dee's. They checked it over reporting that it only needed to have the terminals cleaned/tightened on the battery and another electrical connection. They were very courteous and charged her nothing for taking care of it. This was especially magnanimous of them considering the number of other weather related business they were dealing with.

    The glass has come along okay, but when the tech was trying to get to the insulation, he cut something under the hood. I had to pay an additional fee to get that fixed. The mechanism that washes the windshield wouldn't work any longer after he did the install; I questioned the tech whether or not it could have been damaged during the install and he said "yes probably." It was working prior to the install and not working after the install.

    The Honda looked like it had just left the showroom floor in 2000!
    Colton McCullough (the owner) also detailed the exterior of our 15 ft. Nomad trailer and did and wash and wax job and interior cleaning of our 2010 Chevy Silverado.
    We were very satisfied with both price and service.
    Now all 3 of our rolling vehicles look great within 3 days!  I couldn't have done this myself.

    Scheduled an appointment, they were ready to go when I got there. Had all parts to do the work on my car. Satisfied with the work they did and the price. Offered to give me a ride but I declined. Clean waiting area, wifi and a good cup of coffee while you wait. Overall a good experience.

    This business engages in bait and switch.
    They sent me two coupons: one for an oil change for $19.99 and one for a tire rotation/brake check for $9.99, so I took the car in for those services.
    When I showed my coupons to the service person he said I could only use one, so I said okay, I'll pay full price for the tire rotation--which was about $20. 
    When I came back for the car, the total price was over $60.  In addition, the sign out front was advertising a $19.95 oil change for everyone (ie not just with a coupon).
    I asked for an explanation and they called the service manager, Aaron Rudlong.  Mr. Rudlong walked me through the very fine print on the coupons and told me that my car uses synthetic oil which is not covered by the special deal.  I told him I thought this and the other small print was deceptive: I bought my car there and the coupon they sent me did not apply to my car.
    As he walked away from me he made a rude comment for me to hear.
    The paperwork they gave me gives no indication that they checked the brakes, as they were supposed to do.
    I got their standard "thank you, we will be sending you a satisfaction survey" email, but no survey.  It seems they get their high satisfaction rating by eliminating the disgruntled customers.
    I won't do business with them again.
