We chose you first and foremost for the knowledge you demonstrated in the industry. You were able to identify the specific trees we had and suggested specifically the best time to remove them, educating me on how this tree will specific spores it can release during removal. Immediately you knew we would need a crane for the safety of the garages in the alley, and just as important, your crew. It was such a relief that you were going to arrange the disconnect and reconnect of our power as well. It was a great surprise when one of the workman informed me that you had pulled a permit to block the alley! Your company was the most professional we had met with, and with such a large tree, you made us feel at ease in where we were going to put our trust and money. Everything was clear in the proposal and you took the time to find out which houses we would need to inform of us blocking the alley. It was great having one less thing to think about! AExpert Tree Service and ScienceThe team from Expert Tree Service did a great job. From the initial visit to inspect the trees and provide a quote to the actual trimming and clean up, everyone involved was highly professional. Because of the location of the trees, they could not use a boom truck so the trimmers, Bennie and Manny, had to climb the trees using ropes from the ground. They were always careful in their work and asked me when they had questions about trimming certain limbs. It was amazing to watch them work 60 feet above the ground. Clean up was excellent. AReach Tree was excellent. They were very responsive, the crew was professional and they were very efficient. Our neighbor came out to talk to them about a very tall dead tree on her property and I understand they made her a nice deal since they were out. It was fun to watch it come down. They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were close, and their service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

ALeo and his crew did an excellent job of cutting down 5 diseased maple trees, hauling them away, and grinding the stumps. (The trees suffered from verticillium wilt.) If you're looking for a tree removal service, we'd highly recommend them. I live in Prior Lake. Some specific comments: - Most of the trees were between my house and my neighbor's house, in a very tight working area. And one of the trees was very mature, well over 30 ft. tall. But they had no trouble reaching the trees using their hydraulic lift. All of the trimmed tree branches / trunks were dropped at the base of the trees -- they avoided the surrounding plants and flowers. Very impressive! - They did an excellent job of cleaning up all of the trunks, branches, and twigs. - The hydraulic lift and trunk carts had turf-friendly tires. No damage to my lawn at all. - Very prompt, professional, and easy customer service. When I first saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood, I called them for a quote. I'm used to having trouble getting a call-back, but they were out to my house within a couple days for an inspection and I got a quote the same day. Later when they finalized the service appointment, they sent confirmation emails about a week beforehand. I was able to ask questions via email, and I got responses same day. Finally, I was able to get my bill and pay via credit card online. No hassles at all!

AArbortech was quick to respond to our storm damage. Upfront pricing. No surprises. We had a large limb fall onto our hose during a storm. The remainder of the tree was damaged to the point that it needed to come down as well. They had someone out the same day we called to look at the damage and provide an estimate for removing the tree limb and the remainder of the tree. The crew that showed up was extremely professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They brought a very large crane and were very careful about the placement and any possible damage to the driveway and lawn. They cleaned everything up and you could not even tell they had been there after they left. The stump grinding went better than I expected. Their communication throughout the project was excellent.
