ASmilies Sewer ServiceSmilie's does the routine servicing and pumping of our system. They have always been skilled and reliable and their communication is great. When we developed a sudden problem recently (blockage on the line) we found out how absolutely awesome they are. They came out to investigate on a Friday night, came back Saturday morning and fixed the problem. Today they followed up with a camera inspection to make sure everything was as is should be. All of their employees were wonderful! I cannot say enough how happy we are with their service and being their customers!- Erin J.

AEnde Septic Service, LLCEnde Septic Service was great to work with from explaining pricing and options, to scheduling, to actually pumping the tank. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. DAngie's List LLCI am experienced at submitting Angie’s list reviews. I submitted my vendor review on 10/6 online. I compared my review submitted to the Angie’s list review posted, it had multiple errors from my review submitted. Long story short, after 3 different attempts, multiple days apart, Agnie’s list employees were unable to correct multiple errors pointed out to them via phone and actually deleted the conclusion paragraph on my third attempt. I ask for a Customer Care Supervisor to call me that day and leave a phone # and time to correct/discuss their review problems. After no contact, I told them to delete the entire review and I would resubmit the review on 10/16. On 10/16….14 hours later I got an email (No call) from a Supervisor saying “since I resubmitted the report all has been resolved”. Again I compared my review submitted with the Angies’s list review posted, it had the exact same multiple errors again! I ask for a Customer Care Supervisor to call me that day and leave a phone # and time to correct/discuss their review problems. On 10/16, I again I requested a phone # and time to contact them. On 10/21, a different Customer Care Supervisor, Stephanie Craft called but did not leave a phone # and time to contact her. Her follow up email stated she saw one error and would submit it to the Review Integrity Dept. and IT. Stephanie Craft emailed she would get back to me and let me know what she found out. I emailed her back that day saying there were multiple errors that needed correction not just one! Again via email, ask her to contact me leaving a phone# and time to contact her. NO CONTACT AS OF THIS DATE 12/7 BY ANGIE’S LIST CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISORS AS PROMISED. NO CORRECTIONS OF MULTIPLE ERRORS ON THE REPORT HAVE BEEN DONE. I CAN NOT RELY ON ACCURATE REVIEWS SUBMITTED TO ANGIE’S LIST TO BE POSTED CORRECTLY. I CAN NOT RELY ON ANGIE’S LIST EMPLOYEES TO CORRECT A REVIEW OR CONTACT YOU WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. IT APPEARS THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN OBTAINING LISTINGS AND COMMISSIONS OFF THEIR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS. I WILL NO LONGER GIVE ANGIE’S LIST MY BUSINESS, DUE TO INACCURATE REPORTS THAT CAN NOT BE REPLIED UPON.- Robert P.

DSchirmers Wastewater & SP Testing, Inc.Same experience as prior poor review. Had an appt for septic design and cancelled the evening before due to client decided to use a company half the quoted cost. Received phone call where threats were made to file a lien on the sellers property and a bill would be sent to me (the agent) for their drive out. Will never ever recommend!!! Beware.- Lisa M.

ASmilies Sewer ServiceSmilie's response was excellent throughout. They came to diagnose the situation within hours of being called despite snowy weather and temperatures in the 20's. The office staff was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and helpful. All the staff were highly professional. I could not have asked for a better response and help in an urgent and difficult time. They have continued to help with prevention from freezing in future years.- Dan L.

AAmerican SewerCame back from vacation to water backing up in our basement. 2 pm on a Sunday...who to call? Found Jonathan on the List, saw he had an emergency number to call and he was out at our house within the hour. We were back up and running within two hours total. Actually paid ahead to have him come back and camera the pipe that he found blocked, to ensure no future problems there. Kudos for speed and service-this is the company you want to call.- MATT C.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AIn the middle of a polar vortex, my bathroom sink drain backed up into my tub. I was concerned that my sewer pipe was frozen. I called Roto-Rooter as they had good reviews on Angies List and offered 24/7 service. Their technician Tim got to me in about five hours. By the time he arrived, the problem seemed to have resolved (perhaps due to turning up the heat quite a bit.) Tim checked things over carefully and was very informative. I was impressed and appreciative.

APaul is an awesome plumber. Our water heater decided die late Tuesday night. I called him in the morning, by six PM I had a brand new water heater. Since I didn't have a power one before, he had to route an exhaust pipe to the outside. He is a total professional who works quickly, leaves the work area cleaner than it was, and is very reasonable. Paul has come out before with the same results. I will not go with any other plumber.

AI have been using them for decades for the tree roots in the main line sewer of my old house. In the beginning, I waited until the clogged sewer caused water in my basement, but they suggested a preventative cleaning every two years. This has solved the problem. Once they found some of the clay tile pipe was blocking the sewer, and I had that repaired. I am very happy with their service, and they give a discount to Angie's List members as well.
