ACraftsman's Choice IncThe owner was very punctual, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. Throughout the job they kept the yard very clean and were very accommodating to other projects that were happening at our house. Having done lots of research on Hardie I was glad to see that they were following the recommendations on installation from the manufacturer and I saw no corners cut on our project. The pricing was reasonable and all costs were broken down up front with no surprises on completion. Our roof was replaced by a Craftsman’s crew and during the removal of the old roof one of the shingles hit a large picture window and scratched it. The siding crew noticed this and made us aware. Craftsman’s arraigned for the manufacturer to replace the large pane very quickly. We would definitely use them again in the future.- Nick B.

ACraftsman's Choice IncOur original project of residing, roofing, and portico design with Craftsman Choice was done in 2015. We have been highly satisfied with the outcomes of this project. Residing with Hardie board and adding a portico transformed and updated our 1960s home to fit into the neighborhood of tear downs and new builds. Our project was well managed within the agreed on budget and timeline. We experienced some minor storm damage summer 2020. Most of our neighbors called on unknown companies of storm chasers to evaluate potential roof and siding damage. We choose to call Craftsman's Choice, feeling confident they would give us an honest answer about any damage with a desire to maintain the integrity of their product and reputation as an installer. Ben and his team responded to our request promptly and repaired the damage to its original state. We have total confidence in the repair and that Ben and team will be there for us in the future if we have further questions or need to call on them to maintain the integrity of our home. CCraftsman's Choice IncThe communication was not that good, the 2 guys that did the work could have done a better job, the work was not that good, and they scratched up our brand new deck, they eventually replaced the damaged deck, the skylight was leaking and dripping into our furniture, but that was resolved as well, but it took them several times before getting it right. AGene met with me personally, his office staff kept me informed on dates for dumpster delivery and timing of completion. Gene was at the job site several times to inspect his crews and work. Best yet, he did all the hard work with the insurance company and adjusters. After initially being told by the insurance company that they would only pay for a few roof repairs, he was able to spend the time with another adjuster and get the whole roof done as well as the siding.

AWe could not be happier with our new Brava (composite) cedar shake roof and its installation by Kaufman Roofing. Everyone we worked with at the company -- from the estimator to the project manager to the owners to the roofers themselves -- was extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. And the work itself was outstanding. Our roof was the first of its type that Kaufman installed in the area and they took extra care to get everything just right. The end result is beautiful; we love it! Kaufman was among the higher estimates we received, but you get what you pay for and, in this instance, it was worth it. Not only will our roof last for 50 years, our homeowners insurance decreased significantly since the composite shake roof poses less of a fire hazard and is unlikely to incur damage during storms. We've had our new roof for two years now and have absolutely no leaking, no snow accumulation and no shake deterioration. We highly recommend all of the Kaufman staff and the exceptional work that they do.

AProject Manager Curt did a great job making sure materials and people were delivered on time and ready to work. The roofing crew was great. Curt drove down on a snowy January day to address a concern, fully explaining why I was seeing what I was seeing. When snow melts and the shingles warm, the issue should resolve itself without any intervention necessary. They have a good warranty, and Curt was very clear about rectifying any problems that may show up. I believe him.

AThis is an excellent company to work with. We re-roofed and re-sided our house (fascia and gutters too). We first met with Addison back in March and after walking around the house, it was decided that our cables needed to get buried since the electrical pole was in an awkward spot and the reason we were getting water damage in one window (couldn't be flashed or guttered properly). By the time we got the electrician to install the new box and Xcel to do the bore and re-connect, it was the end of August. (With Covid, Xcel was extremely backed up.) Work began on our house Sept. 22 and it took 2 weeks to complete the project. It looks AMAZING. The different crews were meticulous and took care to clean up the yard each night. Willie and his crew did the siding and he is top-notch. You couldn't have a better team re-siding your house. Roofing crew was outstanding as well. Aaron was our go-to during the job (Addison bid the job and we talked over the months as we were waiting on Xcel). Aaron was there most mornings and followed up with me over the phone as needed. He was always prompt and professional in dealing with any issues or concerns (which are bound to come up on a larger job). I couldn't recommend working with Wright-At-Home enough. You'll be happy you did.
