K2 was able to provide custom products to meet my needs. The products they use are excellent quality and were installed by their skilled team. Dave Glieden successfully led the team in scheduling and coordinating the project. They completed the project on-time and in-budget even during the time period of industry backorders occurring due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Their team members respected my home by keeping the area cleaned and orderly while they performed their work. I could trust them and be relaxed while they were working in my home. They were always on time for their appointments (both the estimate and the work) and always communicated what they were doing. We received the quote back within 24hours and I hired them the next day based on the price quoted and their professionalism. Brent the technician who did the work kept the work area tidy and was always letting me know what he was doing. After he was done with the work he explained what he had done and why. AWeld & Sons PlumbingJoe repaired the drain connection beneath the sink and cleaned the clog in the line, which was complicated by horizontal run, which had several 90 degree turns. Dustin, the project manager, kept us well informed, kept the schedule, and, when changes were necessary or wanted, he presented good alternatives and fair pricing. Excluding plumbing and glass work, Dustin along with Spencer did most of the work. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. AK2 Bath Deck & KitchenDespite Coronavirus restrictions and stay at home order, it went pretty well. Longer timeline than originally projected but that was to be expected. Minor issues with supply chains but it wasn't K2's fault. Dustin and Spencer were the main team and they did an excellent job with some obstacles that came up during the project. Super tidy and pleasant to work with. Subcontractors efficient and personable. Tile installation turned out better than we expected after original tile choice was not available. New plumbing lines installed in both bathrooms and fixtures moved to make more sense from original DIY of previous owners.- Deborah J.

APLUMB RIGHTGREAT! Got home Friday afternoon and discovered water in the basement. The hose for the drain pan for the water heater was plugged and the pan had holes in it, water everywhere. Shut off the water and started to mop up when I realized - FRIDAY NIGHT = Find a plumber. All closed. Finally found one that was still answering the phone. Plumb Right answered the phone and promised someone in a half hour. Pricing seemed reasonable, what choice did I really have. They were here by 5:30pm and finished around 7:30pm. First plumber got here and started cleaning up and removing the old tank and about 45 minutes later the second plumber showed with the new tank. We had to clean up the water and find a new drain pan and then they corrected the plumbing problems created by the last installation. They really knew what they were doing and took great care to keep the house clean and then cleaned up after themselves. Did I mention that it was below zero. I expected the final bill would be more than they quoted, but it was exactly what they quoted. There was a charge for after hours, but considering the competition (there was none) even my wife was happy. Erik and Devon were super nice and I just stayed out of their way. It was the best experience I have had with a plumber in years.- Chester D.

CThe work was done well, but he arrived at 12:15 and left at 3:30 and billed me for 5 hours of work. He gave me a price before the work was done, but indicated he would be there much longer than he was. I agreed to it because there is a pandemic and as a senior citizen, I’m avoiding contact with people not in my household. I chose not to get more estimates and have other people in my home. I essentially paid $350 an hour to have a toilet flange replaced.
