AD S Bahr Construction IncEXCELLENT. This was a $40K re-do of a 20+ year old original-Trex deck plus an add-on Trex deck. (Project's time of year was March, 2020 - think conavirus-19 turmoil and MN March weather. Project management wise, all process steps were efficiently and effectively planned & executed: on-site materials delivery and trash dumpster came as planned, grounds preparation (crew safety, landscaping protection), post-job cleanup. Bahr's 3-person crew arrived every day before 8 am, "rain or shine." They were pleasant, respectful, amicable - i.e., very professional. Bottom Line: Bahr Construction exceeded expectations, and everyone - homeowners, Bahr's employees and David and Miles, the Bahr Construction management team - can be proud of this job. ACore Exteriors was very easy to work with. They made a potentially stressful job easy for me. I had my roof replaced, as well as siding and gutters. All work was done on time as promised, even in a material shortage situation. They have great communication as well, and were available for questions and special requests.

AOutstanding - We are very pleased with our new deck and have enjoyed working with Joe and his team. Everyone (Joe, Mark and Anders) were great to work with. They took down the old deck and built the new one including installing Trex rain escape and the ceiling underneath. At all times they kept the site clean and free from debris. Finally the quality of their work was excellent and their price fair. If you are looking to build a new deck we would encourage you to call them!

AAs everyone knows, it is awfully difficult to identify the cause of an intermittent failure. Usually, by the time the service tech arrives, the unit is working again. That said, living as we do in Minnesota, one canny abide an unreliable furnace in the dead of winter. So, I was extremely happy with the effort put forth by "Jim" of Owens to track down what was in need of repair. He was dogged in his pursuit of the solution, and I am confident once again in the operation of my boiler. Although Jim is our favorite, our family has had outstanding service from a number of Owens technicians, and I think that that says good things about the culture, training and overall quality of personnel at that company. None better in the Twin Cities.
