  • My First experience dealing with an auto collision service center. I was nervous at first but Deano's made me very comfortable. The quality of work was perfect. I could not find anything wrong with their work.

  • I went to Blue Line because I had a positive experience with them in the past.
    I have a 1999 GMC pickup that was very noisy going down the road due to wind noise through the doors. I went to Blue Line and asked them what it would cost to replace the door gaskets so that the problem would go away.
    Immediately Rob asked to look at the truck, and showed me that the problem was not the gaskets, but rather that the bearings supporting the door were worn out, making it impossible for the door to seal correctly. Having done this repair many times, he was able to quickly give me a very reasonable quote to repair the problem.
    I agreed to the pricing, and we arranged to have the doors repaired the very next day.
    The doors were repaired on time and at the quoted cost even though the parts for the repair were somewhat more than expected at the time of the quote.
    It's quiet as a new truck now, with only a small amount invested.
    I have appreciated the work that is done at Blue Line because not only is it done at a reasonable cost, but they also show me what needs to be done, and have offered me economical ways to get the result I need.
    This is a smaller, friendly shop that does what they say they are going to do, at a very competitive price.

  • They are great. I use their services every three months for oil change and usually pay $50 for their services. However, this time I had some major repair work to be done in the front wheel of my car. They did a tire run on one side of the front wheel. Earlier, I had complained about a line which was in my transmission when I went out on a test drive but they said it was nothing. However, it got worst in the spring and at that time I was out of warranty. So when I took it for repair, they said it would cost $2000 to fix it. I then told them that I had informed about this earlier and I was told that it was nothing. They then looked up in their computer to check if I had complained earlier but could not find anything. Then they pulled my file out of the file room and found that I had complained about the repair within the warranty period and then they did the repair for free under the warranty. I had a similar issue with my other vehicle and this other service provider did not do the repair because I was 200 miles out of warranty. I was very impressed with Saturn of Brooklyn Park for that reason. They even gave me a ride after I dropped my car for repair. They are great because they know who I am and my car. My car is named and ldquo;Ringsand rdquo;. When I call them to say that and ldquo;Ringsand rdquo; needs to come in for a service, they know exactly as to who I' am. Like I said earlier, they took the time to go back and go through my paper work. When they found out that I had complained about it earlier, they fixed it for free which otherwise was an expensive repair. Also, they have never tried to test my knowledge of cars and sell me anything that I don't need. I have been using their services for 4 years; mostly for oil changes, safety checks, filling up the fluids and periodically check my brakes.

  • I was impressed by their quality and care towards my daughter?s vehicle. They were efficient and did no more than what I asked. What impressed me the most was when I came to pick up the car; they had cleaned the inside of the car. Since my daughter was in college, the car was a little messy. But they took everything in the car and placed it in a box and cleaned the interior. It is truly the little things like that, that will make me a future customer.

  • I dropped my vehicle off mid-week and was told it would be ready "Monday or Tuesday" the following week. I called Tuesday to see if it was ready and it wasn't, the estimate was changed to Thursday. I called Thursday afternoon and found the work still hadn't been completed but it was "hopefully" going to be ready on Friday. Friday by 3:00 pm I hadn't heard anything so I assumed it would still not be ready, then I received a call at 4:30 telling me it was finished and I could pick it up (they're open until 5:30). I understand they were somewhat short-handed and the original work involved a repair that they later determined was unacceptable, resulting in additional part(s)/labor. The people at Blue Line do excellent work, it was worth the wait. We've used them in the past both for insurance and non-insurance work and have always been happy with their work.

  • I USED GALE'S A YEAR AGO FOR SOME BODY WORK AND BOTH TIMES THE CAR CAME OUT LOOKING JUST TERRIFIC. THEY DO A GREAT JOB OF REPAIRING THE DAMAGE AND IN NAILING BOTH THE COST ESTIMATE AND THE LENGTH OF TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE. FOR THE WORK I JUST HAD DONE, THEY RAN INTO A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THEIR SUPPLIERS (SHIPPING INCORRECT PARTS, ETC). WITHOUT MY EVEN MENTIONING IT, GALE'S OFFERED TO PICK UP THE COST OF MY RENTAL CAR SHOULD IT BE NECESSARY TO KEEP IT OVER THE WEEKEND. BEING THE PROFESSIONALS THAT THEY ARE, THEY GOT MY CAR FINISHED LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON. I HOPE THAT I DON'T NEED AN AUTO BODY SHOP IN THE FUTURE, BUT IF I DO, I KNOW THAT I WILL GO RIGHT BACK TO GALE'S!
