    Bo, the service manager, was responsive, friendly and honest.  
    My roof needed new caulk and sealing which they performed at a reasonable cost.
    My water heater was shedding it's inner coating.  I had researched with a friend who teaches RV repair and owns a a RV repair company in California, that replacing the water heater was not necessary. Bo and Brambillas Inc, could have attempted to sell me a new water heater, but just rinsed out the tank.  
    I needed more storage under our bed, Brambillas raised the bed and charged me a fair price.  
    I'm happy to have a experienced, professional, and honest RV repair center close to my home.

    PERMA TOP CANVAS PRODUCTS
    The new snap on cover made by Perma Top is so much easier to use and keeps the interior of our boat much drier than our previous top. We also can snap it on in less than half the time of our old one. It also looks great. Same with the Bimini top. Fabricated in their shop this isn't some flimsy secondary market product. Very high quality and looks great. I was afraid it was going to take them a month to do this work since we didn't decide to do this until the start of the boating season. Wrong. They picked it up on a Wednesday and were done with the work on Friday! No lost boating days. They were great to work with and are highly recommended.

    My whole experience with Minnetonka Motorsports was horrible.   I will never recommend them to anyone.  
    Why: Once you purchase the dock, all support and help is gone.  If you have issues with your order, get ready for phone calls and emails.  Make sure you have written documentation.   I have multiple emails and voice messages trying to get responses.   They don't seem to care once they get their money. In addition, they tried to raise price on me so I would live with what I had versus switching it out for what I thought I was getting.   Don't count on the Manufacturers help either. 
    STORY:  
    I purchased a Dock from them because at the time they were the only ones that sold FLOE docks (that has since changed). I had them come out and help with our unique dock needs and all the communication following the onsite was on the phone.
    Those that do research will know that the FLOE's Dock design eliminates the poles on the top dock surface and allows you to use a socket wrench to raise and lower your dock without going into the water.   Each dock section has holes where you can take off the cap and use a socket wrench to raise\lower the dock.   Well I received my order and one of the dock sections we received didn't have the socket hole on both ends, just one end, which would mean I would have to go into water to raise it.  Defeats the whole design purpose.
    I called Pat and told him the situation and concern.  He advised it would take 2 minutes to raise and lower and shouldnt be an issue.  I told him, well I don't want to get it in the water and regret it.  Maybe we should switch it out now.   He said no worries, it'll take a few minutes and if you don't like it we'll change it out and just pay the difference.  It's more money to have those sockets on the dock.  I decided well, I already paid another company to install the dock (Minnetonka Does NOT install) and to change it out wouldnt be easy, so 2 minutes a year, no big deal....WRONG
    So, the water level went up a lot. I needed to raise my dock.  Our setup consists of a ramp going to that section that was missing the sockets on one end and it literally took me over an hour to raise it.  I had to have a friend come help because it was so heavy to lift and tighten and I was getting tired of swimming underneath and back while holding dock up.  Due to the tension, I could only raise it barely a quarter inch on one side, swim under, do the same, etc.   This was not going to work long term especially with the water levels on our lake raising and lowering so often.  
    I left Pat messages and numerous emails with no return.  Finally once he talked to me again, he quoted me an astronomical amount and delivery to swap the pieces.  He was basically trying to force me to stay with what I had by raising the price.  How did the price go up by 2.5X?  This went on for weeks and weeks.  
    Finally, after numerous emails and phone calls Pat agreed to normal price and did resolve it.  He came and switched out the pieces.  I have yet to use it because by the time we did this, it was November!!  A whole summer of work to get this resolved.   CONCLUSION:  The lack of returned phone calls, the price increase, bad support, I would say look at another company for a dock.

    My wife and I were packed up and waiting for the taxi, getting a little anxious as we got close to pick-up time. Five minutes AFTER our scheduled time, 5:35 a.m., the driver called and said that he was lost. After I started asking a few questions, I quickly discovered that he hadn't even made a turn to get lost - he was still on 35W heading South to 42 for Savage, but said the GPS was taking him to Apple Valley - and was still 10 minutes away. Instead, he tried to lie to say the GPS was taking him to the wrong place. He wanted us to sit and wait but we knew he likely wouldn't be there for a while and we didn't want to miss our flight so we quickly hopped in the car and drove to the airport ourselves (good thing too, because the airport was exttremely busy and we just barely made our flight!). We ended up paying significantly more for parking than we would have taking the taxi and also had to leave our vehicle outside for a week during sub-zero temperatures.
    Needless to say, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I don't have high expectations for taxi services in MN based on prior experiences but this was about as bad as it's been. The driver could have called in advance to say he was running late so we didn't end up wondering where he was at and rushing. Also, the fact that he tried to lie about it and said he was lost versus just running behind left a BAD taste in my mouth. I definitely would not trust these guys to get you somewhere if you need to be there at a specific time.

    They are absolutely great.  I used them from some of my event planning and they have been a very good resource for my business.  They managed to work with a lot of variables like changes in the reservation.  They are really good car service for affordable options.  Their cars are old but their drivers are customer service centered.  I am very happy with what they provided with us.

    I was not impressed. We had actually used them two years prior, and one of the people on that trip recommended this tour to us. We were interested. This trip, the owner of the company was the travel escort. She did not do a good job. It was an eight day tour, everything was fine for pick up, on the way there and the sites she chose, the stops, looked very interesting. The way she planned it is what was not good. The time allotted for certain stops was not sufficient. There were long waits between activities with no dinner plans for anyone. It was a wasted time. There was no pre-planning.

    The owners have been very accommodating and friendly. They are an energetic couple. I am a widow and if I have trouble getting my boat down because I am very busy and they don't live real close to me, they call and offer to come and get it. They have a very personal service. I especially appreciate it since I have some difficulty getting everything done by myself.

Everything was planned out for us, she even told us how much money to bring and to get it all in small bills because ATM's are few and far between in the area's we were going. I could not have planned it better myself in a million years.

    Our first impression was that this was a top-notch operation. Owner Chris Rahn was amicable, and shop was clean, modern and well organized. However, once the boat was in the shop, the real personality of the operation started to show. When the discussion of the warranty work needed came up, Chris Rahn proceeded to tell us how difficult it would be to work with the manufacturer (Chaparral), how this was always the case with boat manufacturers, that they always were slow to approve anything covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the estimates we would subsequently get from Mobile Marine for this work would be so vague that the manufacturer was understandably in need of more information. We would repeatedly contact Chris for more detailed estimates, and would get an updated one not much better than the one before. It took repeated calls to Chris to get sufficient information that we could pass along to the manufacturer to finally get the warranty work approved. On a positive note, once the work was done, it was performed in a satisfactory manner. However, it took much longer to go through this process than it should have, and we found Chris and the front office staff at Mobile Marine becoming more argumentative and condescending as time wore on. The bottom line was that the manufacturer was very willing to work with us, and that all of the delays and difficulty was caused by the staff at Mobile Marine. Our overall experience at Mobile Marine could best be summed up by the phrase-"the customer is always wrong". Obviously, we tell anyone we know to steer clear of this operation. As a side note, a neighbor told us he was verbally berated by the front office staff at Mobile Marine after calling them to say he would be 5 minutes late to drop off his boat at the launch.
