Very knowledgeable, very fair pricing. Wonderful with older animals, explained options well, how to keep them comfortable while they aged, how to make good decisions for your pet and your family. Genuine staff cares, facility is very clean, fresh and not hospital-like.

Hidden Fence came out and installed the system very quickly. They were very flexible to my needs. I called them a few times with questions and they answered them very fast. They would be my only call if I needed another dog fence!

In this case for boarding, as always, they were well taken care of, even though this time we had to have our cats out of the house last minute; RVGB accommodated us without complaint.

Regularly, we have taken our cats to RVVS/RVGB for boarding and checkups, and we used to take my dog before she passed away last fall. My dog was also groomed there on occasion.

We have always felt comfortable with the services rendered. Whether I am concerned about their appetite, behavior, weight, or anything else, I can always bring my pets in for a helpful diagnosis. They provide counsel on healthy habits, dietary changes, behavioral modifications, regular health checks and vaccines, and alternative medicine. My dog and our family even went to puppy school there in 2001, and our dog was regularly complimented by friends, family, and perfect strangers for her stellar behavior and sweet demeanor, which I know we owe to the training we ALL received in RVVS puppy classes.

When my dog was diagnosed with terminal cancer in her later years, Dr. Miller was able to recommend us to the U of M for a study that was intended for pets with this type of cancer. Dr. Miller's knowledge of this study was key in reducing our stress and ensuring we had as much healthy time as possible with our dog. When she passed away, they sent us a kind note signed by all of the staff who had known my dog over the years of her treatment there, including fond memories they had of her, which was a beautiful memento for my family and me.

The veterinary and boarding staff are caring and professional, and they are a cat-friendly practice which is wonderful for our two cats with very different personalities. I would never hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Professionally run and staffed. Liked the vet we saw. Howwever, their practice for small animals (dogs and cats) is somewhat limited and we were referred to the Eden Prairie ER Clinic. They were kind because they kept our cat pain free during the final week of his life. Caring and compassionate folks.

We literally can not say enough about these folks. Our cat passed away at home on a Sunday and they met us at their lovely offices. They were so completely compassionate about our loss and sensitive to our needs and desires. They honored our pet and provided us with a lovely walnut box for his remains, made a donation to a charity in his honor, provided us with 2 inked paw prints, and an impression, provided us with information about grief groups that meet locally and welcomed donations of his things that they furnish to local shelters. At a terrible moment in our lives, they provided warmth and understanding - and a professional service with dignity. You will never regret using their services.

We have used Camp Bow Wow?s daycare services for over a year now and really enjoy the small group sizes of the play groups.  The hours of operation is a bonus as they open earlier than most facilities.  The staff is very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.  Great place to bring your dog for controlled playtime.

CBW Burnsville has always been a great experience for both us and our German Shepherd Stella. She enjoys it very much and comes home happy and tired. The people who work there are great with the dogs and are always happy to see Stella. The price seems fairly reasonable for what you are getting and I believe they will administer medication if needed for no extra charge (I think some places charge for that). We have recommended CBW to several friends.

I can't begin to explain how great Camp Bow Wow is with our dog.  He is excited every time he figures out that is where he is going.  He jumps up and rushes the door to spend time with their wonderful staff who tire him out and love him while we are gone.  We have been bringing our dogs to them since they first opened.  In April we lost our female dog and the staff even sent our family a sympathy card filled with notes about the time she spent with them.
They are amazing and like an extension of our family for our dear boy Cruise!

Their prices are all very good and the vet is very knowledgeable. He owns almost all his own machines. For instance, he does the blood test right there and can give you all the details. He's willing to go out of his way. He'll figure out medication doses for guinea pigs, which is pretty unusual.
