Wall to Wall Flooring & Tiling LLC
Once I decided to use Wall to Wall Flooring and Tiling they worked me into their schedule to start within a few days to accommodate my desired time frame. I loved their responsiveness. My project included: floors for my kitchen, laundry, 2 baths and master walk in closet. Start to finish was 5 days. The team showed up on time every day and worked until each phase was competed. They were very considerate of me and my home. They cleaned up every day. I was kept informed each step along the way. I was invited to inspect each day to make sure I was happy with what was done before the next step was started. Shawn, the project lead, wanted to make sure I was happy throughout the project. He was willing to accommodate changes to the project as long as it was what I wanted. I liked that the quoted price included moving appliances, removing/reinstalling trim, all supplies (except the tile which I purchased separately and Wall to Wall picked up for me and gave me their discount at the tile store). All in all I am very happy with their work and professionalism. I feel I paid a fair price for the value I received. Great job, well done!!! Thank you Shawn, Cory, Sarah and Paco. I would absolutely hire and recommend Wall to Wall Flooring.

    Cutting Edge Remodeling LLC
Their excellent skill surpassed our expectations. They were able to flawlessly piece together the unique shaped tile we picked out considering the difficult layout and design of our showers. They did an outstanding job and recommend everyone who is looking for quality work for a reasonable price.

    Metro Floors
Metro Floors did a great job. We removed a jacuzzi tub and had Metro Floors build a custom shower including the pan and walls. Their attention to detail is very impressive. The tiling looks great. We could not be happier with the work performed. I'd recommend them to anyone.

    B & R Hardwood & Tile
Really a completely fantastic experience - we needed our hardwood floors refinished and when Kurt came over to check the floors out and create a quote, we mentioned all the other work we needed done. To our surprise, his team could perform all of the work we needed done. This included hardwood floor refinishing, demo work on a bathroom, installation of granite counters, installation of tub and complete tile work on walls and floor, installation of bathroom hardware/lights/shower door, as well as enameling cabinetry in 2 bathrooms. The team was always on time, professional and very careful of our beautiful new floors and carpets. We would absolutely hire Kurt and his team again.

    RW Flooring
I purchased and paid for my flooring from Lumber liquidators on December 13, 2018 in the amount of $7,565.83. This price included installation. The install cost was most of the expense. The install date was set for 2.22 and I was told that it would only take 4-5 days. It is March 1 and they are still installing my floors. Chris, one of the installers smokes marijuana and smells of pot. Al, the other installer, urinated out in my driveway. As expected the installers removed doors and bi-fold closet doors however, they did not hang any plastic to protect my belongings. The installers did not protect the carpet. I paid almost $65.00 to have my appliances moved (Stove and refrigerator). The installers left them in the kitchen and did not move them to the living room. I pointed out where to place them the morning they arrived. I had laid cardboard out for the appliance to go onto. My new granite countertops were not covered so they have cement dust and other grit on them. I am afraid when they get cleaned that they may get scratched. I also noticed that the countertops have a sticky residue of some short on the side by the fridge this was also on my stove top. My new under mount stainless steel sink has residue of cement/mortar in it along with some buildup of mortar on the sink protector and my new sink has scratches by the drain opening. I have reason to believe that grout was used to lay down the first tiles rather than thin set/mortar. The used grout bucket was left on my carpet and the tile was laid with the spacers in. The installers get water from the flexible piping in the main bathroom. When I went up there last night to shut all the lights off when they left I noticed that the sub flooring was all wet. I quickly put a fan on it to dry it out. I had made a few complaints and Lumber Liquidators (LL) stated there is nothing they can do. LL finally contacted the installers manager to let him know about the complaint and then the workers covered up the door ways. It was too late the demo and most of the cutting was already done for the cement board. The installers stated that they would cut the remaining board outside. By outside they meant in my garage...my brand new snow thrower is coated in cement dust along with my motorcycle and scooters. After the mess was already created the installers then hung plastic up after they were talked to by their manager....Why? The damage is done. Everything is all dirty now. They are writing the sizes of the tile cuts on the good side of the tile. All my wood trim with finishing nails is crammed into one tile box. The spacing is not uniform between tiles in some areas. Today the fire department was at my house as they cut metal strips in my home rather than outside. This set my fire alarms off, which notified ADT. ADT then notified the fire department. The regional manager Glen came out this afternoon after I drove to LL this morning as soon as they opened to let LL know that things are getting worse. My appliances are still sitting in the kitchen. They are still cutting items in the garage. I stated that I wanted to be compensated for clean-up and for the moving of the appliances that never occurred. Glen stated that I have to understand that this is a construction zone and things are going to get dirty. Glen stated that he cant tell if his workers made the damage or if I did. I was furious. I did say a few cuss words. Glen stated since I was going to cuss he was going to leave and he did. No resolution. No further instructions.

    Dave's Master Floor Care
Both the carpet and the grout look great! The carpets were brought back to life, and the grout was nothing shy of unbelievable. I took pictures with my phone but they don't do it justice. There was grout in the entry that was literally almost black, and when Dave got done with it, it was back to its normal beige color. So much nicer knowing all that nasty dirt is gone! He's going to come back and put sealant on it to ensure it's protected and long lasting but the work, the price, and the outcome can't be beat!

    Country Creek Builders Inc
I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of their work. Recently I had a small issue with a shelf in my pantry cupboard and they came over and fixed it at no charge for me, two and a half years after installation. Dan had also helped me get some other small jobs done in my home. I would highly recommend Dan and Dave and their crew. They treat your home as though it was their own, and I felt completely comfortable having them come and work in my home when I wasn't there.

    Minnesota Regrout & Tile
Zenon and Peter are knowledgeable with bathroom remodel and very professional. They took good care of our home during the process - no scratches/marks on walls and carpet for the duration of the job. Peter was the lead on the project and was very attentive to details. We are very happy with our master bath renovation and have recommended MN Regrout & Tile to friends.
