    BlueSky Therapeutic Massage
I went in for a 1-hour massage appointment on 8/28 with Nancy and she was incredible! She asked me what was bothering me and gave me the exact pressure I needed (not too hard where it hurt, but not too soft either). I was a bit sore after my massage, but that was to be expected given the amount of gunk and pain I had in my back when I went in. The soreness was gone couple of days later and my back has felt wonderful since then! It was easy to make an appointment, the location was easy to find, and I felt like my privacy was respected. I will definitely be back!

Not only did I receive the best massage of my life, the location was clean, welcoming, and the price cannot be beat. I plan to make this a regular part of my wellness plan and highly recommend others do as well.

    Rosenberg Center
We had our daughter analyzed for autism here because there was inexplicably no wait for her to get in (whereas the other centers in town had six month to one year waits - this should have been a red flag). We had several sessions with the providers who were excellent. Things were finished up and we received my daughter's evaluation. That is where their professionalism and - quite frankly - competence ended. We received a medical bill from the facility for our portion not covered by insurance. I called in to clarify a couple items on the invoice and was satisfied with the answers so I paid the bill. I also asked specifically if that would take care of everything. The woman on the telephone assured me that yes, it would. About a month and a half later, we received what appeared to be the exact same bill. Now having already paid it and having already called the center, I naturally assumed that this was simply a duplicate, so I paid it no mind. The very next piece of correspondence I received from Rosenberg was the most amateur and legally non-compliant collection letter that I have seen in years (I work on credit and collection compliance for a law firm in town - so this is literally what I see every day and represent clients on against collectors who violate he law). The notice was sent in a non standard envelope, with specific account, medical details and collection details visible from outside the envelope and through the envelope window for all to see. This was both an FDCPA violation and a HIPAA violation. I contacted Rosenberg's billing department on an attempt to clarify the situation. (Oh Rosenberg, side note - we digitally recorded our calls, so I have those. That will prove fun for you). I spoke with their billing representative who was hostile from the word hello. She refused to allow me to talk to anyone else and kept making excuses for why they were in the right. After a NUMBER of derogatory statements from her, she finally told me a supervisor or partner - she kept switching what she was calling them - would be calling me within days. I never received the call. Fast forward to today. I receive a letter from rodenburg stating that they are terminating us as patients for being "disrespectful to staff" and will no longer be helping our autistic child. I have recordings of the calls. I was planning to provide them to the supervisor but now I intend to provide them to the courts as I intend to sue these people to make an example of them for treating a family o a child with special needs this way. I find this disappointing but there is big money in fleecing the disabled - and it seems Rosenberg just wanted a piece of the action. Quacks and cons don't belong in the same circles of Autistic special needs children. The sad thing is this, it wasn't about money. It was like a hundred dollars - less than my Chinese takeout last night. I have no issue paying a bill. It is about the crazy incompetence in their billing and their disrespect for their vulnerable patients. I will update this review down the road with the court results and the results of the formal regulatory complaints that I am filing. SHORT REVIEW - unprofessional horrible. If you love your child, avoid

FYI: I'm not quite sure how to fill out the ratings under the circumstances.  I decided to fill them out as I would prior to receiving the bill.
The reason I won't be returning has to do with a bill that I received charging me for the appointment I had to cancel last week.  I had JUST found out that my cousin died (I was still sobbing & having a hard time calming myself enough to leave a message on their machine), & said that I wouldn't be able to make it in that afternoon because of it.  AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT!!!!  My God! I guess for them,  NOTHING is more important than whether Dr. Deb gets paid or not!  They knew that I had lost a pet & my MOM this year, & know that I will most likely lose my home as well.  Then I hear about my cousin (the person on the planet that I was next closest to after my mom), & the only importance I have in their mind is whether they get paid, I guess.  I am so hurt & shocked since they have until this point usually been very caring & understanding.  But that kind of treatment is unconscionable.  Even though I desperately need their services, I will NOT be returning.  Eagle Creek Wellness Center appears to have lost it's soul.  See them at your own risk.

He just uses different techniques. He does not do the cracking and the usual maneuvers of chiropractic. He uses more of a Torque Release type thing that has really helped me. They are very busy. I go there every week.

We go there 3 or 4 times a week. Its very warm and the teachers are pre-school and pre-day. They have a lot of experience. The environment is very friendly & our kids have alot of friends there. It is a faith based childcare place and we are very happy with them. They get that kind of teaching and they are cajole. They are responsive. Their price is reasonable.

    Johnson Spinal Care Associates, PA
This is not a typical Chiropractor - he works on upper cervical/atlas. My atlas was severely misaligned and had been for decades. It takes a long time to undo decades worth of problems but I stuck with the treatments which have now become infrequent. The results are simply a miracle. It has literally changed my life.
Decades of visits to medical doctors including specialists did nothing other than dull the symptoms with drugs. Traditional Chiropractic treatments only briefly eased the symptoms.

    Massage Retreat & Spa

This was the worst massage experience for me in that past 10 years. I was introduced to the therapist who was quite overweight. I had my doubts immediately. I was given a very brief tour of the facility and shown to a very small room for the massage. The following are reasons why I did not like this facility:

1, Very small room. Massage table was only 2 feet from door and hallway. When I was on the table waiting for therapist to arrive, she opened the door quite wide and people passing by could see in.

    2. Therapist did not listen to my request for back and neck only. She decided to also massage my legs for some reason.

    3. Therapist did not put bolster under knees while I laid on my back.

    4. Therapist scratched me several times on the back with her sharp fingernails. I asked her to be careful - she still wasn't. My back felt like it was on fire for the rest of the day, as well as having red scratchmarks.

    5. Therapist leaned on my back with her left hand (too tired to stand up?) while massaging only with the right hand.

    6. Walls of room are paper thin. Loud male conversation on one side of my room and female voices with laughter on the other side. Made me feel like I was in a mall.

    7. Therapist had bad breath.

    8. The 60 minute massage lasted only 30 minutes. I won't complain about that since I was very happy to have it over with!

    Don't recommend this location!

    Watkins Family Chiropractic
The first massage done by Sue was very helpful and helped to loosen up very tight muscles and tissues. Then Dr Watkins worked on my neck and upper back and shoulder. After three treatments, of massage therapy and adjustments, in the first week I was able to sleep through the night. Dr Watkins was very thorough in his exam and followup and explained what he wanted to do and in a six treatment process after which he would reevalulate. He also wanted me to get an MRI on my shoulder as soon as possible, which I am in the process of setting up.
The office people are so kind and helpful and it is a comfortable setting. Sue the massgae therapist is also axcellant and just a very nice person.

    Schroeder Chiropractic
My wife and I went mainly because they combined massage and chiropractic exam. The massage was great, and the chiropractor helped me with my back issues, but my wife didn't enjoy the chiropractic exam/work.
