    I contacted Outdoor's and More through Angie's list in early August. Warren responded quickly and asked that I call. I did so and we had a discussion regarding the project. Although he mentioned that I was a bit out of his work area, he said he would like to take a look at it and would consider doing the work. I was very surprised when one of his people came over so quickly that same day. I was impressed with their response. I told this person that I was in no rush to get the work done, but I would like it completed before the snow flies. About a week later Warren came over and reviewed what I needed. He indicated he would put some numbers together and get them over to me. After not hearing from him for a few weeks I decided to call to see if he had a chance to work out a bid. I got his voicemail and I left a message to call me. We are now in late October and still no word from them. Not even a phone call. I can certainly accept that they may not want the project after all, but I was very disappointed that they did not contact me and provide the bid, or let me know if they had reconsidered and could not to do the work.

    I called Warren on Monday and he was kind enough to fit me into his schedule. It was scheduled for Friday and I was notified that it would between 2 and 4 PM. I was at the house that afternoon and 4 PM passed. I knew the weather was bad so I called their office and got the answering machine. I was just leaving the house when I spotted Jason pulling up. Jason promptly pulled in and hooked up the air compressor to the sprinklers and blew each zone out. He was very personable and very efficient. This completed my day as everything was working according to plan

    The man who did the work was very professional. He did a good job of figuring out any quirks to the old system. The person responded to my request for information on a very timely basis. My only complaint is that I requested an invoice be mailed to me, which I never received.

    The tech showed up during the first half hour of the time window they had provided. The winterization only took about 15 minutes with another 5 minutes to review what was found during inspection of the system. I felt the work was done well, and I felt well informed about the status of my system by the time he left.

    Rob and team were superb from start to finish. Rob was able to provide a very competitive quote compared to other companies. In addition, Rob spent the time to explain the process and products that were going to be installed during the quote. Rob came back out to inspect the lot prior to installation to discuss where each sprinkler head will be placed. The day of installation went as smooth as it possible can. The team identified issues with our drain pipes that the builder incorrectly installed. They fixed the drain pipes to ensure water was properly being removed from the house foundation. This is very important when the sprinklers were running three times a day for new sod. After the installation, I called a few times for adjustments to the sprinkler heads and the company was able to have someone out within a couple days. The company's passion in the work they do and the care they have for their customers are top notch. I highly recommend Water Wizard Irrigation.

    Conserva Irrigation

    On April 12, 2016, I was contacted out of the blue by Kelly Skrivseth asking if we needed our sprinkler system setup. She explained that the company which had previously performed that service was no longer in business. She went on to inform me of how superior Conserva is, and if the previous company had done a better job, they may still be in business. Fair enough, she was friendly, so I thought it over and told her I would call back. Kelly's email to me stated quote  "I know you won't be dissatisfied with the service we provide.".

    When I contacted Conserva again and asked them to move forward for the service. The insisted that I pay $160 up front, which I thought was a little bit odd, but I needed my sprinkler system up and running so I agreed. I was charged $160 on 5/13. Conserva scheduled my appointment for 4:00 PM on Tuesday May 17. I had to leave work early to make it work, but as long as my lawn would be watered, I was okay with it. 

    I got home in time to turn the water on and I waited. At 4:10 I called the company to check on the status and spoke to Wanda. She assured me that the appointment was still scheduled and somebody would certainly be out that day. At 4:30 she called me back and explained the tech was running 30-40 minutes late, but he was still coming out that day and would be calling me any minute. 5:30 comes and goes, no call, no show, so I call back only to find out that their office closes at 4:30 PM. I left a message explaining the situation and sent an email to Kelly. 

    Kelly never responded. I did get a call the next day from Wanda. She apologized and told me she would look into it. She also asked if she could reschedule. I told her I wasn't willing to leave work early again, but I would be willing to give them another chance if they could do 5 PM. The earliest the could schedule a 5PM service call was the following Tuesday. This was less than ideal since it meant another full week without my lawn being watered, but per Kelly's promise of "I know you won't be dissatisfied with the service we provide.", I agreed  to give them another chance. 

    Well, 5 PM came and went on May 24. No call, no email, no service, no contact whatsoever. I waited around until 7 PM and finally gave up. 

    To recap - Conserva took my money in advance, scheduled an appointment, no showed, called and scheduled ANOTHER appointment, only to NO SHOW AGAIN. Conserva aren't just dishonest, and incompetent, they go our of their way to waste the time of their customers AFTER taking their money. I suppose it makes sense. If they waited to get paid after the service was performed, they would never get paid.

    He showed up too early for the appointment and got angry when I requested that he come back for the agreed upon time. He was very rude. I told him if he could not be accommodating to our original agreement then he would be losing my future business. That was when he just got angry and walked away saying he was done. He says he is the owner of the company. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

    We have an irrigation system and asked for advance notice of when they would come so we could mark the sprinkler heads. They gave us several days advance notice and were able to work around the few we were unable to mark as the irrigation system had been winterized. We had questions about the ability to avoid unmarked sprinkler heads, the person answering the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second year, at least, we have used NatureScape and I expect no problems when we begin using the irrigation system next spring.
    All of our contact was online or via phone as no one was home when the work was done.
