    I cannot recommend this service shop for auto repair. I brought my pickup truck there trying to have two intermittent/subtle engine problems addressed. The truck was in their shop for a total of three different visits. They replaced numerous parts, but none of them made any noticeable improvement on the engine problems. They actually added two new problems. Not only the engine had another third problem, but the mechanic accidentally backed the truck into another vehicle resulting in damage to the body. They were responsible about paying to have the body damage repaired. If you only need something basic performed, then this shop may be acceptable. However, if you are dealing with an intermittent problem or value your older vehicle, then you are better off looking elsewhere.

    I have been going to this shop for years with a variety of vehicles including a Ford F-350, Audi A4, and Cadillac Escalade. They are VERY HONEST and fair- even going above and beyond to get me taken care of. Car repair is never fun but I would highly recommend CTS and they have earned me as a customer for life with their integrity.

    I bought a brand new Explorer Platinum ($55k plus MSRP) and from the start it had a vibration between 55-65mph. I brought it into Superior Ford 3 times to address the problem. They stated they balanced the tires, then replaced one of the Hankook brand tires, then replaced all four. On the last time I brought it in I spoke to a male service rep who told me their chassis specialist had left suddenly that day to go to the hospital for some emergency (regarding himself). He stated this chassis specialist could figure out what was going on. I called/emailed this rep several times trying to find out if this employee had returned from his illness/injury. The rep finally told me he would contact me when he returned. I talked to the rep at Superior Ford on November 15th, 2018. This is Feb 10, 2019. Never heard back from him. I got so frustrated with the Explorer that I traded it in on a new Highlander (Superior Ford does not know this). This lack of responsiveness along with the problems I had when I purchased the new Explorer in the first place from Superior Ford, convinced me that even though they are very close to where I live, I will never give them my business again.

    Very well, clean, friendly, punctual, good follow up. Very competitive pricing and very honest. Took it to another shop and they said I needed several expensive maintenance repairs. I asked about all these items - These guys looked at everything and said not all of these things were necessary They did what was necessary and saved me a lot of money. Definitely will be going back.

    Great service and pricing. They recommended buying the parts online myself to save money and they would be able to program and cut them. Showed up right on time and quickly got to work. They were able to program the smart fob in minutes and it took a little while to get the key cut just right as the one I purchased was not OEM. 2/3 the cost of going with another place and 1/3 the cost of the dealership

    Could drop in for estimate which was different than some places where you had to have an appointment for the estimate . We were also on a time crunch but had other transportation so they were able to get us in very quickly and out again quicker than promised so that was great. Job looked perfect they even did some detailing on the car so that was a plus left very little for us to do. The people also seemed invested in the business (family?) not like they were just working there so they were very concerned that everything was done well at the end, and exceeded expectations.

    That price is with the coupon, there standard is $70 something. They are very professional, very nice sitting area to wait. You can watch TV, have coffee, cookies all of these goodies. They come out and tell you what they found, how much it will cost and if you want to do it. You dont have to do the work or you can schedule another appointment. With the oil change I have been very happy there. They are a big shop and professional.

    I do everything at Buerkle Honda and Shane is the service manager.  They're good with coupons.  Absolutely yes, I would use them again.  They explain everything and they tell me whatever services I might need in the future; and they told me they would love to buy my car because it's such in great shape.  It took about an hour for that service to be completed.  The workers are just great; I mean, everything about them is great.  I have a 2006 Honda Accord and nothing goes wrong because they take such good care of it.  I have had new tires, but I do that at another provider who always does tires, and they do a great job.  I just checked with them and I don't need new tires yet.
