AOwatonna GroundmastersMy husband and I have been using Owatonna Groundsmasters for our lawn fertilization/treatment needs for approximately 6 of the last 8 years that we have lived in our current home. The estimates that they have provided to us in the past have always been free and we have always been please with their work each year. Their prices are reasonable and many years we have found them to actually be a tad bit less costly than several of their competitors when we were "price shopping." They even offer a pre-pay option (for multiple applications) that, if chosen, amounts to something like a 5% discount on each application. After each application, they do mark the yard with a "stay off lawn/no pet, children for 24 hours" sign and they also leave a "lawn spraying record" in the door for our review. The lawn spraying record indicates the date/time of their visit, the wind direction and speed at the time of application, the square footage treated, the applicator's name and license number, etc.- Heather G.

ASpring Touch Lawn & Pest ControlI have been very satisfied with them. Last year, they came out on time. I had not even asked them to plug the lawn. I had an underground fence for my dog. I was afraid that they would cut through the fence. So, when I went out and spoke with them, they did not think it would be a problem. They ended up splicing certain areas of the fence. As I had not ordered for the treatment, I got it for free. They came out and repaired the fence, too. It was an excellent service.- Beverly H.

ATruGreen Lawn Care - 904I would say the experience went very well except that we went through a couple of years of drought and so despite their best efforts, my lawn did not really look as good as I would have liked, but I think they did what they should have done and it was just the weather, so I can t really blame them. They did everything they promised to do, they were there when they were supposed to, and they left the signs in the yard so I knew, and they were always giving me a write-up of what they did. The price was reasonable too.- MICHAEL H.

BLAWN PROThey have been pretty good although I don't think they are a local company. I am not sure whether it is a franchise. I pay about $140 for four treatments. They are pretty knowledgeable and they get rid of a lot of the leaves and stuff in my yard; that's why I called them. They don't necessarily set up a time when they are coming to do a treatment; they come as the season allows.- Travis J.

FSpring Touch Lawn & Pest ControlAbsolute worst experience. First they applied the weed preventer spray about 4 weeks too late. When they finally did come we watched from our house and the "lawn tech" didn't spray half the lawn. Needless to say we still had weeds everywhere a week or 2 later. We called the offered to come and re-spray for free which was great. This is the part where you should not hire Spring touch. The are not a lawn "care" service. The only care about handing out as many invoices as they can. 4 days after the 2nd spray they came again to spray for the 3rd application. If they really cared for lawns they would not have came so soon. I ran out and told the guy to stop spraying but he had already sprayed my entire back yard. I called and explained the entire situation to them. The lady of the phone didn't seem to care and told me a manager would call me back. The manager called me back 2 days later at 5pm. he was very condescending and rude. Not much help. Anyways... 4 days pass and I come home from work and my lawn had been Sprayed AGAIN!. I have a small dog a 2 year old and a pregnant wife and so far have had to have spent the entire summer with chemical sprayed on my lawn because of Spring Touch's Incompetence. Again I called, same run around. Said they would send someone to look. Anyway... 2 weeks later, yard full of dead grass and they aren't taking any responsibility for it. Avoid Spring Touch at all costs. Your grass will literally do better without their service. They pride themselves as a small local business. Couldn't be more false. All they care about is sending out invoices. Lastly the last manager a talked with was the biggest jerk.- Mark B.

tree removal , tree works , specialize in high risk climbing, do tree trimming, tree shaping, tree topping, all shrubs, bushes, hedges trimming. Stump removal and grinding. Tree planting, nursery stock- All modes of landscaping, retaining walls, stone, timber and rock walls- rock and mulch beds- dry river beds- drainage systems, water run-off - will do some decks, fencing- just ask we probably do- any questions just ask Jesse he does it all.
Recent Review:
AI was very protective of how much limbing had to be done. We had some sick branches up high and we were concerned about loosing the tree altogether at some point. Jesse kept assureing me that it would fill back in and it would be ok. Only time will tell on that account, at this time I am confindent he knows that it will. All and all good experince.
