Prices were reasonable, quality of windows and siding are good. Installation is done very neat. Installers cleaned up afterward and left my place very clean. The installers were here every morning at 8 when it wasn't raining. They are great bunch of guys to have doing the work. ABudget Exteriors IncThe project went very well. A licensed contractor with 2 other men came to install the door. Both doors were extremely heavy. It took all of them to get the old door out and new door in. They measured the door and space and the contractor had the necessary wood and trim to fit the door exactly right. They put the new door in and finished the trim on the inside and outside. They put extra materials around the top and bottom too. They did calking also. They put up new oak trim for us and even stained it to match the other oak trim in our house. You could tell they had a lot of experience in installing heavy glass doors. We were very pleased. The new door looked great on the inside and outside of the house. They didn't leave any mess. They were very nice and professional. The men did all of this work in approximately 2 1/2 hours. The original contractor came on June 21, 2017. The door was installed July 27, 2017. We love our new door. We are very happy with our experience with Budget Exteriors. Their bid was generally in keeping with three other bids I had received, although not as high as one other bid. Josh Helberg was able to show me the kind of siding, color, and style I wanted. They ordered the materials, and began work on time. I was so pleased with the result I decided to also do the garage, and as the additional materials arrived they were diligent in completing the job. I found Josh and Jose to be pleasant to work with, respectful, and hard working, and I am very pleased with the finished product. Clean up following installation was well done. AChando ConstructionIt went wonderful!! I would hire Chris and his crew anytime again. The job was done very good timing and very nice job. The warranty has paid off also. Chris did an overall look at the roof and siding to make sure all was done right and the clean up was done right. I was very impressed on how fast they got everything DONE in a proper timing. Was so very happy we didn't have to repair it all ourselves. Our house is a very tall two story and none of our family wanted to shingle it so Chris took care of that. AGene met with me personally, his office staff kept me informed on dates for dumpster delivery and timing of completion. Gene was at the job site several times to inspect his crews and work. Best yet, he did all the hard work with the insurance company and adjusters. After initially being told by the insurance company that they would only pay for a few roof repairs, he was able to spend the time with another adjuster and get the whole roof done as well as the siding.

FI had Luke come out and give me a quote on window and roof replacement. I told him I have a good relationship with another contractor but they weren't working with the finance company I wanted to use. When he sent the bid, I told him he'd have to compete on price, timing or financing. I needed something more than his word that he does the best work. So he would know exactly what to compete with, I shared my regular contractor's bid with him. He became totally rude and told me I was not a savvy customer. He wasn't interested in competing on pricing or, apparently, getting my business. This guy has a big ego and a total lack of professionalism. Know that he is the "President" of the company even though he will talk like it's a big company. None of the other guys I talked to had heard of it. I would beware of working with someone with his attitude.

We observed every step of the installation process, and he explained to us exactly what he was doing and why.
