AFinken WaterBoth the salesman and the tech were fantastic. From explaining the benefits and the cost, to installing and actually making the plumbing system better, they did a fantastic job. The technician had some health issues he needed to see a doctor about, but he and the salesman returned later the same day and finished up the job perfectly. I can’t recommend them more. AAce Handyman Services (formerly Handyman Matters)They did a really good job and were very easy to work work. The price was reasonable and had great ideas. They are very honest and clean. They also clean up after themselves. They would stay late to make sure items would work. On one occasion, they stayed later to make sure a water heater worked. Unfortunately, it did not. They went out to a local Home Depot and purchased a new water heater, installed it, and made sure it would work. I definately felt this company went the extra mile for me.- Kay G.

ANorblom PlumbingI contacted Norblom and they sent out a person to give us a free estimate. The price was right, so we hired them and scheduled them to come out. They were able to complete all of the work in one day. We were thrilled we didn't have to go overnight without water! They sent out 2 guys who worked a 14 hour day. They didn't have the sink so planned to come back later. When I was insulating the pipes I noticed there were 2 colds plumbed to the sink. I called Norblom and they came out the next day at 7am and fixed in (and were very apologetic). This enabled me to finish the sheetrocking on time, and to complete the sheetrocking prior to installing the sink. They way the conducted themselves and handled their mistake makes me very happy to recommend them to someone else. I think how a service provider hanldes small problems show the true character of that contractor.- Julie H.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AGabe came by and viewed the utility room and listened while I explained what I hoped to accomplish - in order of priority: increase space in utility room, replace 15 year old water heater and non-functional softener and address some plumbing issues (pin hole gas valve leak). He took pictures and brought them back to his team to discuss and called that very evening to discuss possibilities. I had a talk with Nate who was stronger in the softener and technical aspects the next day and we discussed possible solutions. In the end, we decided that the more expensive option of a tankless (we had considered a tankless years prior as well with them and a competitor) was the more cost-effective solution. I was also very pleased with the professional, friendly and efficient installation service. Clean and quiet (within reason; they did drill a couple of holes through our brick wall), quick and considerate (the broke a part of my washing machine sitting the process so ordered a replacement part right away and they will come and install tomorrow)
