Their quote was quite low which made me doubt their capabilities. But I was very surprised by the level of professionalism displayed by the movers. They showed up early on the moving day which almost never happens. All four men were very experienced and it showed in the way they worked. The whole packing and loading process was completed very quickly. All my valuables were delivered on time and in the exact condition they were taken from my old house. AUSA Family MovingThe quality of my recent move with USA Family Moving was great- what I liked the most was that it’s cheaper plus I had extra luggage and when they were packing all the belongings, I mentioned about the extra luggage and they didn’t charge me extra for that. For me, the price was reasonable. The movers were on-time and extremely professional, friendly and honest. Packing was done to my satisfaction. I received all the services that I requested. The movers were three young gentlemen who were fast but extremely careful with my items. I have a lot of older heavy furniture and they were able to get everything moved without damage. They wrapped the furniture carefully to protect the pieces from getting wet. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The price for the move was reasonable. AMarrins Moving Systems LTDWe hired a different company originally who decided not to show up on the moving day. I have come to realize it’s such a common occurrence especially if you hire low ended companies with little to no reputation to uphold. In a rush, I called Marrins Moving Systems, who has a great reputation in the market. They quoted a very low price and I was wondering why I hadn’t hired them in the first place. Their performance was so professional. The movers were punctual, efficient and strong. They were so helpful and polite. AUSA Family MovingI have absolutely no complaints with the way USA Family Moving performed during my move just because of the efficiency and pace the movers displayed. They sent a crew made up of very strong and able men; they arrived on time and packed everything perfectly. The best thing about these movers was their speed. They were so fast at packing and loading. I was fearful that they were only focusing on getting the job done fast. But they were also very thorough. AThey were fantastic. Went above and beyond what we expected. The estimate process was individual, accurate, and complete. Options were available to add boxes to the furniture if we desired. The move came off without a hitch. Done in very good time. Pete was the main contact, came right on time, and did exactly what he said he would do. The crew working with him for the actual move were polite, friendly and worked hard. They took beds apart and put them back together at the new place. There were no surprises.

AGreat! First of all, Serg’s was THE only company that responded to my request, and they came all the way to Northern Nevada from Southern California, via Arizona. That’s a lot of driving for a small job. Sergio and his partner Marco completed the job in under 2 hours, including some tricky stairs at the final location. The Serg’s Moving price was very fair, and we saved additional money by renting a small UHAUL truck. This company is a keeper!

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more.
