  Home Transformations Inc

  This was the second time we had Home Transformations paint our home. Above all else we realized we could trust their judgement regarding the work and the effort required for our 1911 home and the work and effort they actually put into it. It wasn't just a cursory scrape job and paint. Approximately half bare wood was exposed around the entire house after scraping was completed, followed by the entire home primed, then followed by two very well applied coats of exterior paint. Since the trim was white and the siding was gray it would be very noticeable if one color was errantly applied over the other, which certainly was not! Anyone that has an old home is well aware the extra care and time that is required. Seems the effort is at least double no matter what it is. The boards are over one hundred years old, and pretty easy to damage. And a lot of the wood needs to be special ordered when replaced. I did happen to already have a number of pieces of lap siding and 5/4" fir that was purchased a couple years ago to repair a rotted area around the window which they immediately identified and did a fantastic job of repairing. They made the repair just as I would have in a fraction of the time. Regarding neatness, no paint was where it didn't belong, not on the roof shingles, window glass, window screens, front or rear decks. We have a lot of plants and shrubs around the house, and even though we cut then back away from the house it probably was not really enough clearance and they did tie back the shrubs that were too close to the work area. And somehow didn't trample what we thought would get inadvertently damaged no matter how careful. They also manually washed down the gutter downspouts that wouldn't come clean after power washing so they wouldn't detract from the new paint job! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Transformations to anyone that is looking for someone they can completely trust in doing the job beyond their expectations! Chuck & Ann Latia

  Andrew was easy to deal with and very professional. He showed up to give me an estimate on the same day I reached out to him. They pressure washed the house prior to painting and Miguel worked tirelessly to complete the job quickly. I noticed at the end of painting each section he would step back and look at the house verifying his work. I appreciated this and the job he did was impeccable. Would definitely hire Durapro again!

  Francis and his team exceeded my expectations. Their work was meticulous and Francis made suggestions to me that I had not requested at first, which added to the quality of the job. Francis also noticed an area that was not painted to his satisfaction, which I did not notice. He made sure this was attended to before ending all work. This firm takes pride in their work and and our house and deck look great. Also there was some wood rot and masonry issues that were repaired as part of my contract. Other bidders seemed hesitant to make those repairs or indicated extra cost or a separate team to make the fixes. Project Paint���s bid was competitive and provided all-in-one service. Also, Project Painting stained the underside of my new deck, where competitors indicated they would not provide that service. I highly recommended Project Painting for your house painting and/or deck staining needs!

  Clear Point Construction Inc

  Clear Point Construction was excellent! Project Manager, Jessica Forsythe, is amazing! She coordinated everything from start to finish, including working with our insurance company. Every person we met through the company was very respectful, professional and completed the work to our satisfaction. If something wasn't quite right, Jessica made sure it was corrected immediately. This was a very large project and based on our prior experiences, we were a little nervous. We should not have been, this company really delivered!

  We had Bryan and his crew paint the entire front exterior of our home, including trim and garage doors. I could not have been happier with their work! We have gotten so many compliments about how great it looks and even sent more people his way to get theirs done. Shortly after we did that, we decided to repaint our front doors and had Bryan come then as well. He had his some Chase to our doors and they are also fantastic! We're thinking about some interior painting next and you can guess who we'll call for that. :-)

  We had Overlie Professional Painting (now Sharper Edge) paint our house August of 2016. This spring 2018 we noticed our house was peeling so we reach out to Ryan and he said he'd be by the following Friday but he never came. We have been trying to contact him for 2 months via text, email,phone calls and even through the BBB but he won't get back to us! Makes you wonder if he had been by and saw what a mess we have and doesn't want to deal with it!! He told us if we had a professional paint our house it would last at least 6 years!!

He is helping us to redo the whole exterior of our home, new siding and all and he even found window and siding mistakes made when the home was built, which he is fixing.
