This is our pest control company. We've been using him for about a year. Most recently, he sprayed the base of the house. We typically have problems with insects (ants and flies) and spiders.

I like that it's his own business. He's punctual and knowledgeable about pests. He does a good job for us and takes care of the problem right away.

AA Best Pest Services Inc people come twice a year for outside rodent control and some wasps

The guy who does it is very knowledgeable. We also have some friends who have used him and are very satisfied with his service. He quotes a price and offers discounts on that price and it is reasonable.

Sprayed for ants inside and out.

The person was fantastic. He was prompt and professional. I had my three little kids getting ready for school in the morning and he was great both in the way he interacted with kids and not hindering our morning routine. Fabulous and fast!

The amount indicated is for two separate visits and types of service. I had a mouse infestation and needed someone to find where they were coming in, plug the holes, and remove the carcasses.

I could not be more pleased. When Don first came, he asked a ton of questions. He clearly knows his stuff, and is very thorough. He found where the mice were nesting but could not pinpoint the exact exterior location where they were coming in (because it was winter and he was unable to reach all the places). He left some bait and said to call him if I had further problems. The mouse problem continued after he left, and I called him back in (this time the weather thawed out and he was able to be more thorough on the exterior). He came at no charge (he provides a 6 month warranty) and found the exterior problem, plugged it up, removed the carcasses from the bait he left on his first trip. Don shows great care and concern and exhibits great customer service. He is truly "old school" in that he wants to do everything he can for his customers. He also charges very fair prices. I also signed up for his trapping/baiting maintenance service as an extra layer of protection, and thus far I have had no repeat occurrences. I plan to continue to use his seminannual maintenance service. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Thorough examination of the infected areas and treatment - follow up treatment 4-6 weeks later

I was referred to AA Best Pest from a coworker. I had been using another larger service with poor results. I was pleased to see that this company was listed at this website. I had an infestation of carpet beetles in my kitchen and laundry room. I had the other service out last year but they were unable to identify the bug and unable to properly treat them. The bugs were worse this year. Don knew exactly what they were when he came in. He was absolutely amazing in how he analyzed the problem. He asked me question after question to try to get a handle on the situation. I had all these separate pieces that I didn't know were connected. After answering the questions I was able to see how all the little things fit together. The guy from the "chain" never asked these types of questions. Don was so thorough with everything. He even checked my dryer vent to see if it was possible that the bugs had gotten in that way. The majority of the bugs disappeared after the first treatment. It has been about 2 weeks since the follow up treatment and I have seen only a few stragglers. I am confident that we licked this problem. Since the original treatment I have referred Don to other people I know. I was pleased to learn that he was just as thorough with them. I would highly recommend him. He's a little more expensive, but definately worth the price. You truly get what you pay for. His expertise is well worth it.

Don came out this spring to perimeter spray for lady bugs (Asian beetles), box elder bugs, etc. He also strategically set bait traps and filled them.

Great. Don is very friendly and knows his stuff. He is great with follow up and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with his work.

He was here on 5/19 to spray the house and came back on 5/22 to spray the outside because it was raining on the 19th. It was $150 for the inside and outside with extra spray for hornets and wasps.

Arrived on time, was friendly and seemed to love his job. Spray he used was approved for day care use. He sprayed all windows inside and out and all areas where there was evidence of wasps. He also set mouse bait stations all around the house and in the garage. He has worked for us in the past and took care of our boxelder problem which was really bad. He sprayed both spring and fall the first year, but now we only need the fall treatment.
