    They were here well within the time window established and called 10 - 15 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on the way. Once here, they asked for more info. about the problem and had a good idea about what was causing ice to accumulate. They removed the ice, installed a heat probe in the drain line to insure the problem wouldn't recur, and were done within an hour.

    Matt was, in a word, fabulous. Pioneer no longer makes TVs. I absolutely love this TV because of the picture, etc. so didn't want to give up on it quite yet. I called Matt and he came over to diagnose the problem. He was up front with me saying that the board that needed to be replaced was extremely expensive and may not be worth replacing. He did say, however, that there is a board re-manufacturing company that may be able to fix the board I had at a much cheaper cost. He sent the board, they repaired it and I have my TV like new again. I can't say enough about Matt and his willingness to find a solution without having to go out and purchase a TV that may not have been as good. I highly recommend him!

    John (the owner) and Shawn came out to my house at the appropriate time they mentioned and were on time. Very professional and took off their shoes when entered. I felt they were honest, knowledgable and quickly found the problem. They got the part quickly and fixed my machine. Very nice men and I would definitely hire John and AAA Appliance Repair back in the future.

    Took awhile to get a response. Had to send the serial# etc via photo and then did not receive a response for timing and quote. I had to call to find out where we were at. Still did not get a quote. Surprised by the $99 initial visit cost and final cost.

    Great! I feel jewelers like Greg Foote Jewelers are getting harder to find. I have been going there for many years and I think one would be hard-pressed to find service like this for such reasonable rates. They've always been courteous and prompt with my needs, knowledgable in their field and have always treated any items I have brought in with the utmost care. Most importantly they are a business that understands that relationships are key and are willing to work hard to gain your trust. Highly recommended!

    In the recent past, a friend of my daughter spilled an unknown substance on her carseat staining the leather. My wife, doing her best Lady MacBeth impersonation (OUT **** SPOT!) cleaned/stripped the coating off of the seat down to bare leather leaving a spot much worse than the original stain. She found Mr. Schoenherr, and Fibrenew on the internet and arranged an appointment. I was sceptical at first, wondering who he was, what credentials, etc.

    Mr. Schoenherr arrived very much on time, assessed the damage, and said with quiet confidence, that he could repair the leather. He gave an estimate of the time required (1-2 hours). He finished the job early, and the match was incredible. You would have to be told there was a repair done to notice it. The craftsmanship was obvious.

    If it is not apparent from the review, he came to our home. While $150 might seem expensive, one has to consider he came to us, has to pay franchise fees, has inventory, etc. I think the value provided in his services is well worth the expense; try to do what he did, even half as well, and see what it costs you in time, materials, and aggravation. Again, not cheap, but worth every penny.

    When I went into Best Buy, it took several people to try to find an answer for me. I was told by about 5 different people that they'd be able to help me. I get to the counter at the geek squad department and was going to buy their screen protector and they said they'd be able to put it on. I ended up waiting and waiting only for a rep to come out and tell me they couldn't do it. He ruined both the screen savers I had purchased. Now my phone had no cover or film. They literally threw my phone back at me and said there was nothing they could do for me. Management knew what was going on, but were still unable to help.

    Jim was very responsive to emails and phone calls. He checked over my new-to-me 1884 piano and gave me the bad news - it wasn't in great shape. He recommended contacting him first to check out a piano before I buy one again in the future, which I will definitely do. He did his best to make repairs with what the materials he had on hand, and tuned the piano.

    I was very impressed with Troy's knowledge and skill. He was right on time, he diagnosed the problem right away, but then took time to run other tests on the machine to make sure he didn't miss anything. He gave me advise on how I can keep my washer running smoothly in the future. I was most impressed with the fact that his service has a 1 year warranty. If it breaks again, he will come out for free to fix it again! I will defiantly use him again in the future and recommend him to others!

    My frig-freezer had been leaking water in the inside of the frig for several months. This was the third time this problem occurred over a period of several years. I had tried unthawing it several times, but each time the problem of dripping water in the frig returned. I finally resolved to call to get this repaired and used Angie's list advertisements to guide me.

    I called Merit Appliance Repair and left a message at 5:30p Wednesday evening. I got a call back by the owner, Levert Billinger, within an hour. After we discussed my problem in detail, he explained what he thought the issue was and prices of service and parts. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning at 8a. Levert arrived that morning after calling me to let me know he was coming. When he arrived, he put covers over his shoes, a nice courtesy.

    His trouble-shooting skills were great! After arriving, he examined the freezer and immediately proceeded to explain the issue and the solution. While he worked I watched and asked questions which he patiently answered. The repair (taking the back of the inside of the freezer apart, unthawing it, inserting the needed part, putting it all back together and cleaning up took less than an hour. If needed (and I hope I won't!), I will call him back to service my dishwasher as he stated he services all household appliances.

    Levert's professionalism and his demeanor went a long way with me towards trusting him, an important quality for me when I work with a business for the first time. I highly recommend him.
