  • I had Pre called told them I wanted service’s decreased. They asked my daughter when she dropped him off. Who didn’t know what I wanted for him. The bill was for top service’s I was in one of the area’s my phone services is poor I called twice on the bill got no nothing no response. Told the person I will not bringing my dog back. He also has a new limp since he has come home. Asked Animal inn about it they said no limp. My wife and I agree if they wanted to know, what services they should have called me or text email. I am on face book. Oh well check out some others!

  • They are a great veterinarian. They do surgery, checkup, grooming, and boarding. The boarding is a sideline.

    We have been going there for over 20 years. I think their price is comparable.

  • Everybody there was super friendly and my groomer was awesome! My dachshund recently had a back injury and I've been putting him off getting him groomed because I was worried about leaving him. My groomer was so understanding and accommodating; I even got to talk to her before I came in with Nigel. Very happy with the results!

  • Dr. Liz (the vet) and her vet tech assistant came to the house.  They were very professional, and kind and patient with the cats.  They were very good about handling the cats and talking to them to make them less stressed.  One of my cats was not feeling well, so In addition to shots and exams, blood was drawn, and an attempt at a urine sample was made.  The vet was very good about explaining possible causes for the cat not feeling well, and she discussed alternatives with me.  Note that the cost also included the blood test and a prescription that was needed.  I thought there prices were very reasonable, and we will be using this vet in the future.

  • They are rock stars!  My house is on the market...but I moved 3 weeks ago.  I tried to get the dog poop before I left..but then there was hard snow covering a lot of poop. I know the snow has melted a lot and I have showings coming up.  I begged, like a dog, to get to it right away and they squeeze me in.  Although I'm not there to see it, they have integrity and told me the "scoop" of what was going on there.  I'm extremely happy with them for helping me out on short notice.  I would recommend them to everyone.  And they are awfully nice.

  • It was a great experience!  They showed up, did their job great, and left.  It was easy.  Then they showed up a week later to complete the coupon package I bought.  Hassle free and organized company!

  • ABOVE & BEYOND!!  We had an owl crash into our front door,  It was just laying there dazed and confused.  We brought it in hoping they would know what to do with it.  They actually took a look/exam (free of charge) and determined its wings were fine and it appeared to be okay.  They suggested we release it close to where it crashed.  We did just that and all ended well.  What a relief!!

  • St. Francis Animal & Bird Hospital is absolutely the best. They have excellent service and excellent doctors. They were very caring. I would get a call back. The doctor that I see with my parrots was excellent. If she was more concerned about something, she'll research on it and call me. All of the additional things that she did and the follow-up feedback was fantastic. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

  • I have been going to Dogue Spot for training for a little while now.  For me Tiffany took some getting used to because she will tell you what she thinks and I had to toughen up a little bit.  But it has all been worth it!  Her training style works for me and my dog and the progress in training and closer bond I have with my dog speak for themselves.  You and your dog will learn so much!
    Tiffany also has a great variety of raw food, supplements, leashes, toys, etc.  
    Even though I live in Oakdale, I will make the drive to Dogue Spot and stick with Tiffany!!

  • I received a call from the vet after my family took our cat in for an emergency appt as of his distress. The vet tech informed me that his issue was pulmonary in nature,(she was incorrect) then put me through to the vet. When I asked the vet if the issue was pulmonary, she was impatient and condescending stating " Do you know anything about medical issues...I don't want to waste my  time explaining things to you." She gave me basic information and was the least skilled vet regarding communication I have known in 30 years of animal visits. 
    She explained that my personal vet caused this cardiomyopathy as of a steroid shot given to my cat by my regular vet (this was a Saturday). She was blaming of him and very unprofessional.
    Later I spoke with them regarding my desire to bring home my cat..I did speak to a vet with better communication skills.
    When I came on Sunday (I followed their recommendations for treatment) to pick up my cat, he was discharged by a vet tech...again very lacking in information or helpfulness. The bill was large which I have had in the past from other emergency vets but I 1) I did not trust this facility as their words did not match the narrative on the bill, 2) the bedside manner was dismissive, rude and nasty when I voiced a different opinion about a heart specialist visit on Sunday at the emergency 3)they determined causation of the problem to be by my vet's treatment (unprofessional and poor skills) 4) they were very unresponsive to my cat's needs.
    The narrative told me to call them later if certain issues happened with my cat and I did a few hours later. I was told that the vet and others were too busy to respond to my question then(should I bring him in? distressed but did not want to distress him more by the long ride if it wasn't recommended)but  they NEVER called back!!! Then I called their other clinic and they NEVER called back. When I spoke to the owner...she was nasty and blaming of me for their shortcomings  (she stated "Client only called twice for our emergency help...if we didn't call back why didn't she keep calling?" Yes, a client would see your dismissive manner towards their pet and after 2 emergency un -returned calls they would see that my precious cat deserved better at a quality clinic. The attitude is "Your animal is not important and we are too busy or whatever to respond." DO NOT TAKE LOVED ANIMALS HERE!!!
