Gutter Repair reviews in Oakdale

We received the state fair special pricing so install was pushed out a few weeks, but they kept us informed on dates, showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned up all the trimmings. We also had them add some baffling on the valleys after the install and that was done the next week. Great service.

Asked SELA to inspect roof after a hailstorm. Jared promptly came out to inspect and explain my roofing options. I was able to upgrade both singles, venting and gutters with the insurance claim amount. After I sent the estimate to my insurance company, SELA handled all further interaction with insurance adjusters which I found very helpful. Due to cold weather approaching I asked to delay project until spring which they willingly agreed to. They rescheduled the repair to my desired date and again dealt with the Insurance for cost changes. The roofing and gutters were installed over 2 days and they did a great job with all the work and clean up. All details were spot-on. .At the end, I was presented a bill for the exact amount the insurance company had sent me, with no extra charges. This is as good as it gets! Thanks SELA

It was great! The products used for the job are high quality. The workmanship is excellent. The workers are very skilled in their area of expertise, work very hard, make sure everything is done correctly & to code, are courteous, friendly, & respectful. If things come up as they're working, they give options & check to see how you would like to proceed.

Everything went very well - very professional and easy to work with. I was not home during the installation, but the installer called me to verify the location of the downspouts to be sure I was happy with the project. Had some miscommunication with the original install date; however, once discovered, it was resolved quickly and professionally. Because of this, I still rated punctuality as an A. How an issue is resolved is so important.

He was terrific, professional and came the same day we called him. We were worried about the next storm coming that day after we already had damage and he did a great job. We had him come back to add gutter guards and the whole project was extremely reasonable. We signed him up to come back on an ongoing basis to check everything out.

Liked working directly with the owner. I thought Bud was very patient in explaining what and when everything was happening. My only complaint was how long the job took to complete. Guys kept getting pulled for other jobs and they left much earlier than I expected most days. I would hire them again. They did a good job of cleaning everything up and if I had questions or wanted something different, or extra they were willing to help.

I would recommend this company. I researched 15 different companies. I quickly eliminated vinyl siding. And the rest were all between Hardy Board and Steel. My brother has Hardy board and wishes he didn't have it. My two sisters have steel and love it. I was pretty sure I wanted Hardy board, but so many of the companies I had out were not happy as contractors with the product. I decided to go seamless steal. I wanted something that would be maintenance free, Which in the end Hardy board is not. So begins my search for Steel. The one company I had out, I wanted the product but was not impressed with the salesman or the owner. So I called the number on the catalog I received, and asked for a different contractor. I was given Mike Krumm's name. He came out and met with me and talked for well over 2 hours and left me knowing I had one more company out to bid. I really liked that he listened. I liked his genuine honesty. I liked that he explained things so that I could understand them. So after a few tweaks our contract was signed. Mike called me to let me know when they would be starting. I came home from work and they were hard at work. I met Bud the crew lead, the one overseeing the project, and the others working with them. They were all very polite. Bud the Lead was great at communicating to me what was happening and what would be happening. When I had questions he stopped and explained or was willing to do it differently. (I wasn't sure about the color of the shakes.) Bud had a circle of sample colors they could replace the existing boxes of shakes with.) There are always little things that don't go the way you would like them to, but they were very minor and Mike had Bud out here to tweak them. (one was I wanted a longer down spout but I wanted it out of the way when I mowed. DONE. I wanted a few things hung back up where I had them originally and they made a special trip back out to do them. I didn't like my old door with the new siding so I purchased a new one that they attempted to come back out and put up for me, and then realized I had the wrong size door, they came back out a second time to hang the door. The project took longer then I thought it would. Part of the crew would be temporarily called off on other jobs through out the process. Or they left by 1:30 PM a few days because it was over 100 degrees. Some days it rained. One day was because of a family emergency. ALL the things that took them away were understandable. They never stayed past 5:00 pm which would be nice if you wanted your home back when you came home from work. (I would have preferred they worked until it was dark out.) If I were Mike I would get rid of the person overseeing the job because it is a waste of Mikes Money. Bud is perfectly capable. The siding looks great. They picked up after themselves. and I was able to use my yard and house as needed.

The work was done to fix hail damage to the sides of the house and the roof.  Erik came out after we had already met with an insurance adjuster who only wanted to cover part of our house and did a more in-depth look at the whole house with a more experience adjuster.  After meeting with the more experience adjust there was more damage than initially expected.  We however had to fill a second claim to get the whole house replaced.
Erik worked with us and our insurance company through the whole project wonderfully.  There was lots of adds and adjustments which caused headaches on the payment side from our insurance - but over really smooth.
When it came to work the Roofers were awesome, in and our within less than 3 days.  Clean up was great - there was hardly any nails found - I think the only place they missed was the down spouts - but otherwise they were meticulous.
The siding happened on a later date in December when it first started to snow.  This took about a week and they did an awesome job too.  However due to some of the snow/melt of early December 2015 once they were done we found a number of nails about.  We called the company and someone came and looked around and did some clean up which was appreciated.
When things weren't going right or when we had some need to move up our schedule the company worked with us and if our contact Erk wasn't available I believe we'd get call from the owner.
They get stuff done and make sure you get what you need.
We had a few other companies come out to do a comparison.  I think their pricing landed right around everyone else's - but i's hard to say due to all the add after the initial assessment.  While walking through the house Erik gave straight forward feedback on how we could DIY on some windows projects too.

Scott was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Provided and explained quote and answered all my questions as a first time homeowner. Completed the project in a timely manner and at a fair price. He even called after the job was done. Overall, we were very happy with them and would use them again!

I am the manager for a 44 unit town home complex.. Professional Gutter Systems answered immediately when I called for a bid and  the estimator came to bid the job within a couple of days. He arrived on time!  After thoroughly discussing our needs and offering some suggestions he quickly worked up a bid for us. When I called later to accept the bid, he was again available and emailed some additional information I needed.
They are very busy and had estimated a 3 week lead time, but called with an opening much sooner. Lowell and his partner showed up promptly at the appointed time and carefully went over the details of the job before starting. It was a long days work to complete and they stay late to finish.
They did quite a bit of additional work we needed at no extra charge. I had authorized some additional gutter cleaning but after inspection Lowell found them to be clean and charged nothing!
Competent, hard working, honest and priced right. That's as good as it gets. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to others..
