AWHEN I CALLED LEN TODAY TO ARRANGE FOR AN APPOINTMENT, MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, HE INDICATED HE WOULD GET TO MY HOUSE BY NOON TODAY. HE WAS ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM AND DETERMINED THAT THE GAS FIREPLACE HAD FAULTY WIRING. HE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND NOW IT IS WORKING FINE. I'M GLAD THAT THE REPAIR WAS ABLE TO BE DONE BEFORE THANKSGIVING, AND ESPECIALLY WHEN OUR WEATHER SEEMS TO BE TURNING COLD. MY DAUGHTER WILL NOW HAVE A WARM LOWER LEVEL AND NOT HAVE TO USE SEVERAL BLANKETS TO KEEP WARM.- CAROLE V.

ATHEY SCHEDULED A TIME TO COME OUT THAT FIT WITH OUR WORK SCHEDULES, WITHIN TWO DAYS OF OUR CALL. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND FINISHED THE WORK VERY QUICKLY.
