    The provider did the repair to my fender in a timely manner and did a good job, but during the work process the antenna located on the top of my vehicle was damaged. How it was damaged I was uncertain, but the screws holding the antenna assembly were broken. The repair technician simply placed the antenna back in its place. When I picked up the vehicle and paid for the repair, nothing was mentioned about the antenna. I then drove two miles down the road and the antenna with assembly flew off and went into the ditch. The radio in the vehicle stopped working. When I realized what had happened, I called the provider and was told to return the vehicle. I went back to the repair shop and the provider checked the vehicle and promptly told me that they did not do the damage. When I brought the vehicle in to their shop, everything was working well. I believe in the fender repair process the provider inadvertently knocked off the antenna either when painting the vehicle or with a hose when cleaning the vehicle. The provider prepared an estimate for repairing the damage (at my expense) of $500! He didn't offer to repair the antenna at no cost or at a reduced cost because of the likelihood of them doing the damage, he basically decided it was to be all my expense. Because of the high cost of the repair, I went back to the area where the antenna flew off and I searched the roadway and ditch for the parts. I found the antenna and assembly. The screws holding the assembly were broken off. When I held the antenna on my vehicle temporarily, the radio worked. It would need a new assembly and the labor to replace the part in order for the radio to work. The provider had estimated 5 hours of labor in order to do the repair. It is my feeling that the damage done to my vehicle during the repair process should be the responsibility of the provider's the vehicle was working well when brought in for repair. I will not use this auto body repair shop again and do not recommend them for anyone with car damage. They were very unprofessional.

    While they were out of town, someone dented the driver's side door of girlfriend's parent's SUV in a parking lot (she had just dropped them off at the airport). Because they are rather particular about their vehicles, getting it fixed before they got back after Thanksgiving was imperative.
    We got a recommendation to call Shawn at Dent Heads to see if he could help us. We called him on Tuesday the 26th and texted him pictures of the door dent and he said he'd be out on Wednesday (to my girlfriend's place of work) to take care of it. We also asked him to take care of a smaller dent on the right front fender. He arrived mid-morning and roughly 40 minutes later, both dents were repaired. The one on the fender is completely gone and the one on the door is essentially invisible. The door dent was a pretty deep one so the metal was actually stretched slightly and while you can not see or feel a dent, from the right angle you can see a very small wave in the metal.
    In all honesty, I'm pretty amazed. I have always been a little cynical about paintless dent repair but after seeing the results of Shawn's work.... I'm a believer! If you have some dents or dings you need removed, I highly recommend you have Dent Heads a call. I know they will be my first call if I have work to be done on my car.

    They did a good job. They also took care of getting a rental car using a sale from the rental car service which was very reasonable. The only thing that I found was lacking was their responsiveness to my calls. It took a day to get back to me twice. Otherwise they did a great job!

    Suburban Auto Body went above and beyond my expectations. They repaired the damage to my Jeep after I was rear-ended. They also buffed out a couple of scrapes, shined up the bumpers and trim and detailed the inside of the vehicle. It literally looked like a new vehicle when I got it back. I am in the insurance industry and deal with dozens of repair shops. When a customer asks who I would use, my answer is always Suburban.

    I contacted Mr. O'Leary, and told him what I wanted to do. He was very accommodating, and gave me a very reasonable estimate, and was willing to work around our various schedules.
    My brother and I brought in both vehicles. As my brother's vehicle was being donated, the old parts from mine, were to be placed in the trunk. Without going into a lot of needless, and confusing detail, Mr. O'Leary, and his crew, did a lot of extra work that they did not charge for; this included, but was not limited to, replacing some moulding, and polishing the headlight lenses, as well as putting the damaged parts on the donated vehicle so that it was in drivable condition.
    This is the second time they have worked on this vehicle, and despite it being 15 years-old, they treat it as if it were new.
    By the Grace of God, I have not been in a serious accident that would require major repairs; the problems I have taken to O'Leary's Auto Body have all been relatively minor (under $1,000). That being said, I have always been treated very well by Mr. O'Leary, and his staff. I feel that I always get more than what I paid for.
    In my opinion, these guys are true craftsmen, and gentlemen.

    I called O'Leary's after a recommendation from our preferred tire/undercarriage company (Venburg) to ask about the doors on our 98 Explorer. I have been getting the vehicle ready for my son to take back to college, and only had a week. He was able to get me in, gave me a very reasonable estimate after looking at the vehicle, and gave me a call today (got the estimate yesterday), to let me know the vehicle was done. Granted the repair was minor for them, it was important to me to get the car ready for my son. Paul O'Leary was very pleasant, professional, and the work was top notch.

    I am trying to go more local with my business, to keep my neighbors employed. I am very glad that I did. It is readily apparent that Paul O'Leary is committed to his business, and his reputation. If the need should arise again, I will call O'Leary's first. If this experience is any indication of the quality of his work, I can recommend him highly.

    Finishing Touch did a great job of getting every single ding and dent out. Even my husband, who is extremely picky and notices things that are hard for me to see, was impressed with their work. They were done with my car exactly when they said they'd be done and the car was ready to go. Dan at Finishing Touch was easy to work with and accomodating. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

    We brought our BMW to Raymond the day after the hail damage occurred. The insurance adjuster came that afternoon and Raymond started work on the car the next day. Raymond Auto Body found additional hail damage that the adjuster had not seen, so they coordinated with the adjuster to get approval to repair everything. We wanted a BMW window, so Raymond special ordered that from the dealership and installed it for us. They had the car a little over a week and it came back looking like new; Raymond detailed the interior and exterior, and it was flawless! Our contact at Raymond was Rick, and he did a great job communicating with us, and was always very available to answer questions. Car was done by the promised date. We have had other body work done by Raymond in the past and have always been VERY pleased. Their staff is very professional and they make you feel like your car is the one most important to them. I can't say enough good things about Raymond Auto Body.

    They were excellent. They were the best price (I was paying out of pocket) and had GREAT service & quality. They gave me a free loaner, and the work turned out great. It looks brand new. They even touched up a couple scratches for free with extra paint they had left over!! Now thats service. It took only a couple days, and I couldn't be happier.
