ACapital Siding Windows & RoofingCapital did excellent work reworking the flat roof and nearby windows and shingled areas on our unique home in September-October 2020. Jeff and Azael were not only extremely helpful in assessing the pre-repair situation, recommending what should be done and preparing a detailed work plan and estimate for the project, but in executing the project rapidly with care and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the new, re-sloped flat roof areas (including new metal trim and drains), the new clerestory windows, and the newly re-shingled mansard sections, which are a perfect match for the section we didn't need to replace. Everything looks GREAT and has performed flawlessly so far. We have already made plans to have Capital come back to take care of the rest of the roof when it needs replacing. Grateful to have found these folks! Would love to have posted photos of the finished work, but the CHOOSE FILE button didn't work for uploading them.- Stuart A.

ABeissel Windows & Siding CoThe end result was excellent. The owner, Jordan, is professional and reliable as well as being a friendly person. They had a crew of 6 or so people finish the work in 2.5 half days. Very competent and pleasant guys. We put in one new window which required punching a hole in the wall, and we found that all the power to the second floor was going through that wall. Jordan quickly found 2 good electricians to rewire all the power upstairs, and the work continued without a major interruption. Three months after the work is done, the windows and patio door are looking and working great. I would definitely hire them again. If you have any issues that the staff cannot resolve, you may want to let Jordan know, and he will find a quick resolution. Highly recommended.- Muhammet G.

AI'm quite pleased with the work. I inquired about adding gutters to my 1880s duplex. A gutter contractor I had spoken with previously said he wouldn't be able to add gutters to my home because the roof fascia lacked a flat mounting surface for gutters. Ricky took a look and told me they could add wedge mounting points and make the gutters work. They quoted a fair price and I asked them to go ahead with the work. Their two-man crew took care of the work of installing seamless aluminum gutters in one afternoon. The work looks professional and is functional, and the gutters match my existing soffit/fascia. However, upon closer examination one of the downspouts drained a little close to the foundation for my liking. I was considering just adding a flexible tube from Home Depot to direct the water further away, but then someone from the company followed up unprompted to ask how the work was. I mentioned my issue, and within a couple of weeks they had sent a guy out to add an extension to the aluminum downspout to direct the water a safe distance away. That took the experience from an A- to a definite A. Will call again if I need additional roofing or gutter work.

AMy house already had modern siding almost everywhere, but my enclosed porch did not. The guys at Capital Siding did a fantastic job of wrapping the exposed areas with aluminum siding. They made an effort to match existing colors as closely as possible, and the craftsmanship of installing it was superb, with lots of detail work. Incredibly pleased. It was more expensive than I had hoped, but consistent with other bids.

ACastle was great to work with. Emily, our designer, came up with a great design and really listened to what we wanted rather than push her own ideas on us. Construction was on schedule and very organized. General communication with the project manager could have been a little better, but he always responded to emails promptly. There were also a few minor issues with cleaning up that were promptly addressed. I will be using them again when we get around to our bathrooms. The price was comparable to other companies and the quality was excellent.

AWe hired Adam to remodel our bathroom and kitchen (two different projects, about a year apart) in our 1950's Roseville ranch house. Adam was very professional and did a quality job at a great price. AWe've used them twice and they did a phenomenal job on both occasion, they replaced all our windows of our house. The only thing about the last time was about the high pressure sales, and every time I get some of those pressuring sales I tend to back away; but they still do a good job.
