  The initial response was great. I think we met with Mike Williams and his lead carpenter and job site manager Bob Pierce within a couple of days. both of these gentlemen were great to work with. Mike's bid was lower than two other contractors we talked with, but beyond that he was more genuine and easy to talk with than the other gentlemen who seemed to be disappointed that we didn't have a much larger home and project. We had some simple plans drawn up by a designer not affiliated with Regal and they were willing to work with these and  Bob and Mike both suggested a few changes, that being hands on guys, they thought might be   potential problems. We went along with these suggestions and were thankful for their expertise. We started the project about a week and a half later, with an estimated timeline of 5 weeks. During the course of the project my wife and I made several changes, and Mike was very understanding and open to our wishes. All the subsequent adjustments to the cost , both up and down were fair and acceptable. My wife and I and our 2 dogs, continued to live on the premises , in an apartment we created in our garage, and Bob and all his crews were respectful of our being present. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Bob and the other carpenter  Antonio for their professionalism, and craftsmanship. Bob also gave some sound advice about some of the esthetics of the job, that we ended up utilizing. I'd also like to commend the painting crew,  who put in some very long days, which really helped get us back into our home a bit ahead of the schedule, and this was much appreciated . I would recommend Regal to anyone looking to get quality work done. We will not hesitate to call Regal in the future for any other home improvement/remodel projects. We love our "new" home.

  A hail storm left my house, rental house and garage damaged. TRS Builders did an inspection and said I should call my insurance adjuster. Ray Stranz, the owner, worked with my insurance and all siding and window wraps were approved. His crew came in and replaced the old siding with excellent quality siding. My homestead looks wonderful and it is much warmer with the foam under the siding. The outside lights and doorbell had to come down to get the siding on. All was replaced with new lights and doorbell. There was so much attention to detail. A large dumpster held all the old siding and waste from new siding. The gutter covers were damaged and replaced, air conditioner damage repaired and new shutters were installed. The dumpster was removed as soon as the job was done. Since it snowed, Ray promised they would come back in the spring to do more clean up and paint some rusty pipes to match the siding. I trust him to do just as he promised. He is an excellent negotiator and makes sure his crew is doing the job right.

  Overall, the project went pretty well. It took 3-4 weeks to get the project scheduled and then I didn't know when they were coming until the last minute. They first removed all the siding in the entry area. This removal involved a lot of pounding which I didn't reallize and wasn't told. As a result I hadn't moved anything inside the house and a picture fell off the wall and was damaged and some ceramic candlesticks got broken. The project took a while - the workers came and went over a 3-4 week period, often at night when it was dark. My contact at Tyther was easy to get a hold of and in one case he came out to look at a couple ot things that needed to be redone. The workers did not speak much English so I couldn't communicate with them about what they were doing. Tyther did make everything right in the end, offered detailed answers to my questions or concerns, and were dilligent in making sure I was pleased with the final product. I think there could have been more communication up front regarding moving items within my house so nothing got damaged, what could and could not be done with with the stone that was being installed, and details regarding electrical. I didn't really know what was involved and so could have used more preliminary information and been asked more questions about the area that would be under construction in advance of the work starting. Overall, it was a good experience, the price was reasonable, and I would use them again.
