  The workers for both projects were on time and they both did a great job. I was amazed at how fast the roof was completed. The workers and other people that I worked with were all very friendly, and worked very hard at each project. The windows are what I am appreciating the most. I had them replaced last fall and this winter I could leave my birds in front of a window,and I could sit in front of a window because I no longer had the cold draft coming in. The windows were matched to my other woodwork in my house and the outside was white. Both crews did a very good job in the clean-up of everything. I definitely would hire them again and have referred to to other people.

  A wood roof, similar to an awning, was built to bridge the house with the detached garage.  It was sloped and also had to withstand Minnesota snow.  
  This new roof turned out beautifully; better than expected.  Definitely enhances the appearance of the house, and also meets the functional requirements.
  Kudos to the project designer, and thanks to Ben (co-owner) for his expertise and execution of the project.   We also were very pleased with the entire team of hard workers who built the roof.

  A hail storm left my house, rental house and garage damaged. TRS Builders did an inspection and said I should call my insurance adjuster. Ray Stranz, the owner, worked with my insurance and all siding and window wraps were approved. His crew came in and replaced the old siding with excellent quality siding. My homestead looks wonderful and it is much warmer with the foam under the siding. The outside lights and doorbell had to come down to get the siding on. All was replaced with new lights and doorbell. There was so much attention to detail. A large dumpster held all the old siding and waste from new siding. The gutter covers were damaged and replaced, air conditioner damage repaired and new shutters were installed. The dumpster was removed as soon as the job was done. Since it snowed, Ray promised they would come back in the spring to do more clean up and paint some rusty pipes to match the siding. I trust him to do just as he promised. He is an excellent negotiator and makes sure his crew is doing the job right.

  They were prompt and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. It cost me a little extra because the back of my house is more than two stories tall, but they had told me that in advance. I wanted to wait until all the leaves were off the trees and they accommodated my request. They told me to call them when I was ready, which I did, and then they came out right away. They were very polite and checked with me when they were done to make sure they hadn't missed anything.

They came the next day and finished up. Their prices were good and they cleaned up the yard when they were finished.
