ABLACKTOP CONCEPTSExceptional It took awhile because they were so busy, but when our turn came it went very smoothly. Old driveway removed and new base layed in only a few hours. New asphalt laid and finished beautifully . The finish guys were great, down on their hands and knees with a putty knife to get the edges perfect, and rolling it an extra time to get it all really smooth. Gave clear instructions on how we needed to treat the new driveway to keep it looking good. Cost was less than I had anticipated.- Caprice V.

The asphalt driveway was replaced and it looks great. From scheduling and providing the free estimate, laying the base, to smoothing out the new asphalt, which was followed-up with meticulous clean up – all employees that I came in contact with were extremely professional and friendly. The crew was also very courteous to my neighbors and their properties. The project was top notch and turned out just as I had hoped. Need to also mention the job was completed ahead of scheduled. FPoor customer service. Phone calls not returned. Concrete spotted. Told to wait for one year but it did not resolve. Told they would stain. Didn't follow through, delayed and delayed. House on market and asked to get it done. Delayed and delayed. Ironic that they answer their phone with "customer service a top priority." Would never recommend them to anyone.

ACommunication with the company was excellent. They kept us informed of when work would begin. They worked efficiently and left no mess behind. Written instructions on care were given upon completion. The driveway looks great. I anticipate that it will hold up well but can’t comment on that yet as it has only been two weeks since completion.

AWe did not have to completely replace the side staircase or redo the basement entrance for both instances. They were able to rein-enforce, repair and resurface these deteriorated and previously moss covered and crumbling concrete areas. It was handled in 1.5 days. Very professional, kind and capable employees. Left the sight very clean and did a spectacular job on the repairs. The areas look like new entrances. Very well done! The price was great as well. No complaints. We’re very pleased with this company and will be using them again.

AChris and his team were really great to work with. Professional. Good communication from start to finish. Everything was on time. We would definitely work with him again. We are very satisfied with the final result. He was also very reasonably priced. We got three quotes for our job. One came back at 3 times as much as Chris's quote, and the other was almost double. They paid attention to details like taking care to not ruin the yard as they accessed our job site from the road and cleaning up everything when they were done. We can't say enough good things about Chris and his team.

CThey damaged sprinklers, broke water lines, and cut wiring. Dan the owner said, oh well not my problem. We tried our best! They also decided not to machine lay and rolled the one drive and it is obvious doesn’t look so good. An open and unpacked serface. Joe (another son and majority owner apparently) said it will be fine. They were sloppy and my wife was afraid to go into a dispute with them. I'm not sure their guarantee will be any good. A guarantee is only as good as the person who offers it. I have had to asphalt only 2 other times and these guys were sloppy. Also if you add any area this is what may have made a difference in their work? Even though they marked where, the lines were and sprinklers were, to be cautious of things, they didn't take caution. If I hadn't noticed the damage it would have cost me thousands more to fix instead of what it did cost. I'm disappointed on what was settled upon. More work is still to be done to fix the damage to the property. See photos. I also have audio and video if I can load it. If they wouldn’t have been jerks about it would have made a difference.
