    Horrible experience - Do not use this company. Jason and his team installed a drain tile system at our house to reduce flooding in the fall of 2017. In the Spring of 2018 (4 months later) the entire unit came out of the ground does not work. There was supposed to be a 10 year warranty on the work. Jason has dodge our calls to come repair it. He and Barb acknowledged it would only take a day to repair it, but he we sit in the end of July 2018 and no one will even call us back. We now have to go to small claims court to get our money back and have someone else come fix their poor workmanship. What a nightmare. So many calls and so much wasted time. They clearly were happy to take my money, but don't hold up their warranty. I should have read the other poor reviews before choosing them.

    Haider Sprinkler Service
    Had an appt. on May 30, no show, lost 2.5 hours of work. I received an apology and was assured it would be taken care on June 2nd.. And, a no show. Found another service that showedup on time at a lower price. Very disappointed.

    We will know next spring I guess. We were told by them to leave the sprinklers (or sprinkler valve?) open so that if there is any water in the system, it should drip out and not freeze and we should be "O.K." The level of certainty I'm looking for when I'm facing the possibility of putting in a new system next year!

    They are a local company, rather than a big franchise, so when I call I actually get to speak to a person. They are reasonably priced too and we have been really pleased with what the lawn looks like. It is a good value and they communicate well. They call before they come out. They also have a rain date mentioned in the message too. We have a double lot and normally 3 guys come out from the company.

    Robert Simon did my irrigation system in 8 zones. They were excellent. Installed and completed in one day as quoted.  He was very cooperative and came back to fix a couple of issues at no cost to me. He is a good guy and did a nice job.  They put in approximately 900 ft of plastic pipe and left very little collateral damage to turf in my yard.

    Innovative Irrigation Specialists
    They did an excellent job, if we could give them 10 stars we would. We had an issue with a company we previously contracted to put our sprinker system in due to not keeping appts or calling. I went on Angie's list and found Innovative Irrigation and are we glad we did. The owner of the company came out to give us an estimate the day after we called and he was there right on time:) due to the weather they were backed up but fit us in there schedule and we had it installed within days. There customer service is outstanding as well as there professionalism. All of the staff were wonderful very polite respectful and answered and explained everything to us regarding the operation of the system. If you are looking for a company to install your system no need to look anywere else. Thank you

    I needed some irrigation lines moved and some sprinkler heads removed in advance of some street reconstruction.  John picked up the phone right away even though he was very busy with system installs and other customer's repairs.  He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone.  He came right out and did an excellent job at a great price (only $70 and he had another coworker with him).  When I had a head fail a few days later  (unrelated to the other work- it was in another zone in the back yard) he again came right out and replaced the head.  Another great job at an excellent price (only $20).  John is a hard worker who cares about his customers and his work.  He has a customer for life.  Please give him a call when you need an irrigation system or service or repair of your existing system.  You'll be happy you did!

    Initial meeting was 30 minutes, reviewing overall landscape, planning and working through problem areas and challenges with our lot.  On the day of install, crew showed up at exactly the time planned, and were equipped with everything to complete.  Within the first 30 minutes, the foreman raised a suggestion for a change to the plan that simplified the install and resulted in the same coverage with less impact to our lawn.  Crew was very professional and pleasant to work with.

    My experience turned sour last night when I noticed that our scheduled services had not been completed. I called Mr Rains customer service number and left them a voicemail inquiring as to why our service was not performed. I received a voicemail this morning that due to a compressor issue Mr Rain was unable to service our lawn and that they would be unable to return until Friday Nov 2. If anyone is familiar with the current weather reports its obviously going to be well below freezing over the next week and next Friday is completely unacceptable (hence the reason as to why I called the first week in October to plan ahead).
    I called this evening to voice my displeasure and while the woman who answered the phone seemed to understand my frustration, she did absolutely nothing to work to appease a long-standing customer other than to say "we're sorry". The most frustrating portion of the conversation was her informing me that all other homes in the area had been serviced and ours was the only one not to be completed. I asked repeatedly (and informed her many times of my long-standing with the company) that I would appreciate it if they could service my home this week considering I had a reservation, but was told this would not be possible. After informing the woman that I found this to be a bit of BS I was hung up on!
    After calling back and leaving a voicemail expressing my displeasure at being hung up on I turned to Mike, who I assume to be the owner. I called him this evening, informed him of the situation and was told that I would be called back after he had an opportunity to call the women who hung up on me and learned more about the situation. He, of course, didn't return my call as promised.
    Again, I've had positive experiences in the past with this company, but the service I received was completely unacceptable. To hang up and not return a call to a long-standing customer is not a trademark of a company who prides itself on "exceptional customer service". Especially one who, while understanding of the situation of the broken compressor, was simply wanting to have their service completed relatively close to (within a day or two) of the scheduled date. If you're not able to meet your commitments and have a contingency plan to service your customers when things go wrong, you simply shouldn't be in business. 
    I would say that if everything goes as planned and the company doesn't have equipment issues they are a good company to deal with. If there having issues however, don't expect your experience to be a positive one. You've been warned.

    I had planned to replace some sod, and wanted to add an irrigation system before the lawn work so the grass would hopefully not die a second time.  The sod company I hired recommended DHI, and since Dale's bid was comparable to the others I received I decided to go with him.  Dale was out here with a small crew over parts of two days.  I'm happy with the end result.  There were a couple of minor problems that Dale had to take care of after the install was complete, but he was always responsive.  In fact, he came out late in the evening to look at one problem (a zone wasn't working) so I wouldn't have to take off work to meet him during the day.  He offers a good warranty, and I'm comfortable having him do all of the yearly maintenance.
