  Becker Carpet and Flooring

  Wanted to share an A+ experience I had with Becker carpet and flooring recently. We had a situation in which we needed our hardwood floors refinished in a hurry. We called late on the Friday of Labor Day weekend and asked that they would be done as soon as possible. Not only did Jeff Becker at Becker Carpet and Flooring answer after hours on a holiday weekend, but he stopped over on Saturday of the holiday weekend to get a visual on the floor and send us quote(s) (multiple because we were needy and wanted a number of options :) ). He was very responsive all weekend and came to us on Tuesday to start on Wednesday. By Sunday our floors were completely redone and the wow factor was in full effect. Fantastic customer service, even better results. I would definitely suggest you reach out to Becker carpet and flooring if you���re in the market.

  THE GROUT DOCTOR ��� WEST

  Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again.

  Cabinets for Everyone

  To help us meet our budgetary goals on this project, he worked with us on a custom design with IKEA cabinets and several of our own purchased appliances. He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He did electrical work and finish carpentry. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. He showed a strong aesthetic eye for the finish, providing important suggestions, and volunteering extra touches that made the kitchen look cohesive. In sum, I would strongly recommend Cabinets for Everyone; they approach their work with diligence, timeliness, and responsiveness.

  Metro Floors

  Victor and his team did excellent work. They made nice even cuts and my molding has never looked better. They took the time to do the project right, which I truly appreciate. Would certainly hire again for bathroom and kitchen flooring based on the work they did a few weeks ago. Victor was also excellent at follow up, even thru the weekends on email to ensure the right materials were purchased for the job.

  Empire Today��

  DO NOT buy flooring from Empire Today. We replaced our kitchen floor in December 2014 and already are replacing it. They blamed me, Tom and our dogs, and placed no blame on the inferior flooring they recommended and laid. DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM EMPIRE TODAY. They don't honor warranties. As a solution, Empire offered to replace their original CRAP floor at 25% off the original cost. So, if I pay them another $3000+, they will replace their original CRAP floor with the same flooring which they claim our lifestyle damaged.

  Magic Carpets Shaw Design Center

  The installers, Nick and Bobby, arrived at the time previously arranged and worked throughout the day without any lengthy breaks.  They removed the old carpet without making a mess and cleaned the floors prior to installation of the new carpet.  They were quiet workers and completed the job in the time expected.  Their installation was excellent---no seams evident at all.
  
  My contacts with Magic Carpet went very well.  Jaclyn Frost was the salesperson that initially came out to our home and had a variety of carpets to show me.  She was extremely patient as it took me many months to make a decision.  There was no push to hurry and no pressure at all to make a purchase.  Jaclyn had a very professional demeanor and met all of my requests in a timely manner.  Even after the installation I realized I needed a carpet sample and Jaclyn was quick to arrange that for me.

  Creative Tile Solutions

  Thank you to Oleg and Paul for a great bathroom remodel! They worked a few long days and a Saturday to get our bathroom back to us ASAP. ��They were professional and responsive and overall we are happy with the work. ��Our only complaint is the sink and shower fixtures are a little crooked. The sink fixture seemed to be difficult to install and we would have been happy to find another option, but I felt they wanted to be respectful of our design choice and try and make it work. ����We'll see. ��Either way, we are happy with the end result and��would hire them again for other projects. ��

  Magic Carpets Shaw Design Center

  I went there to buy a piece of carpet to make a rug runner. Matt helped me pick out the carpet and then ordered it. He also gave me the name of the place to have the carpet bound so that I could use it as a runner.?We are remodeling our kitchen. I will definitely go back there to have them help me pick out the flooring for our kitchen and mud room. I would definitely go back there. The service, attention to the customer, the quality and the professionalism was absolutely wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about the carpeting and flooring they sell. It's a great place to find all of ?your flooring needs.

  Howard Brothers Interiors LLC

  Don Howard is an extremely proficient carpenter and craftsman based on years of experience and practice.  He offered many suggestions and ideas and explained every detail of his plan.  Tearing out tile and wallboard is a messy endeavor, but Mr. Howard was very respectful of my home, covering the furniture with large sheets of plastic and working in a cramped space with surprising control of dust.  He coordinated well with the plumber and included two of his family members to assist, making for an efficient operation.  At the start he carefully calculated distances and brought in all the supplies that fit perfectly.  He selected and provided a grab bar, towel rack, soap dish/grab bar and toilet-paper holder that fit the decor perfectly, saving me hours of shopping for products I had no experience selecting.  The bathroom renovation was completed without a snag in a week and is beautiful.

  The stairs and the landing look great! I received a response right away from the owner and Casey one of his employees did a wonderful job.
  I would highly recommend this company to everyone. The company was professional and very easy to work with.
