Happy they were able to fit me into their schedule relatively quickly. They explained everything, were on time, cleaned-up afterward. I was not able to do comparison pricing. I was not sure how long my malfunctioning pump would continue to work. I selected them based on good reviews. I may have been able to save some money with someone else, but I do not feel like the price was too high. You get what you pay for. Im very happy with what they did.

    Kuechle Construction Company
I purchased a home in New Hope to remodel & sell. Having worked with an architectural firm for 16 years, I looked to them for a contractor recommendation to do the extensive remodeling. Kuechle Construction was the right contractor to do this work. I wasnt looking to just flip the house. I wanted quality finishes and workmanship, which Kuechle Construction delivered on. One thing that was important to me was having the Owner, Kevin Kuechle, be on-site for quality control. The project came in on budget and the timing was perfect, completing the project to coincide with the spring market. The finished product was truly something I was proud to put on the market.

    Basement Water Controlled Co
I'm very impressed. The guys worked really hard to get the job completely done in one day - and they put perfectly matching landscape rock back in place for the front of our house. You can't even tell anything was done! They left all our landscape bushes undisturbed except for the scraggly tree that I said they could remove if they wanted to, and they did. So nice to be rid of that thing as a bonus! Need some heavy rains now to confirm our minor leakage problem is resolved, but I've tested the system by running a garden hose in it, and the water flowed out perfectly. Their prices may seem a little high, but for the quality of work you get, it's worth it. Plus no headaches dealing with timing; they showed up when they said they would and got the job done. Aaron, the foreman, was extremely nice and professional.

I was disappointed in the beginning when I didnt receive a response from the sales rep after 3 contact attempts. It turned out he left for another job. The reason for us hiring them is because we really liked his business ethics and trusted him based on his military background. They office staff was very professional in handling the matter and reassured me the work would be complete to high standards. I wasnt present but my husband said they were very professional. They worked hard to keep things clean and were accommodating to the needs of our pet birds who required that the furnace remain on. However Im dissapointed that they did not discuss if they completed the radon testing or not like they said they would. The only other issue is that we did financing through them and they needed a paper signed. Instead of leaving the dorm with us the first day to give them the second they gave it to us the second day which meant my husband had to take more time off to drive to my work to have me sign it then drive it back to them before returning to work himself. Im not 100% sure if Id hire them again. It depends on if we find out if they did the radon testing or not.

Worst experience I ever had. I would rather have a root canal without novocaine before I hire that company again. When they tore out the old sidewalk they drove a Bobcat across my front yard. If that wasn't bad enough, when they poured the new sidewalk they backed a fully loaded concrete mixing truck right up to the front door, again across my front lawn. Talk about a good way to trash a front yard. WOW! They poured the new approach at the end of the driveway on the same day and it looked great, but... Now they had to tear out the old asphalt driveway, again using the Bobcat. They chipped the new approach (that they just poured) with the bucket on the Bobcat doing the demo. Bad enough, but gets worse. Next, they had to bring in a load of fill for the new driveway and backed a fully loaded dump truck over the new approach and you can guess what happened. It broke, all the way through in two places. I now had a three piece approach. When I asked the owner of the company (Tom) what he intended to do about that, he explained that it was normal and it just happens sometimes. I explained that I was buying a one piece and unbroken approach and wanted it fixed. His reply to me was " you are being unreasonable. Do you know how much that is going to cost me?" He said he would be happy to fix the approach if I would share the cost with him. I was dumbstruck, but finally responded that it was his fault that it broke because he drove a 40,000 pound fully loaded dump truck over it. This is the point in time where it turned into a full blown fight to get this thing fixed. The attitude Tom (owner) had on the phone was that of belligerent aggression and made communicating with him a challenge. It took about three weeks of negotiating with him about a problem that his crew created to get it resolved. Those phone calls were not easy to make because I knew I was going to be verbally abused every time I talked to him. If you want good customer service don't use this company. In the end, I took a cash discount and decided to repair all the damage (demo and pour a new curb, repair the 4 inch deep ruts in the lawn, glad I don't have automatic sprinklers) myself because I didn't want them on my property again. If this sounds like a good time, hire Tom and his Richfield Asphalt and Concrete company. If not, stay as far away from him as you can. I'm in construction and hired this company because I didn't want to do the work myself. I could get into more detail on this company and my experience but I need to get busy on all the repair work.

The work was done well, the price was good considering most of the work was manual - shoveling, breaking up concrete, etc. Communication was not great between myself and the estimator after the estimate was given, and some of the workers showed up in personal vehicles rather than company vehicles, so it was hard to know if they were employees of the company or subcontractors. In the location where the concrete pad was removed, it would have been nice if they would have leveled out the dirt instead of just leaving a pile.

Tom and his team were professional and punctual from day one. Their estimate was more than fair and honored the Angie's List coupon after giving us the initial estimate. Due to some rough weather, the project was delayed a couple of times, but there was always an open line of communication with us. The project was completed in the time that we expected and the finished driveway looked great. I had some questions after the project was completed and Tom was responsive and quick with answers. I would definitely recommend!

    TOPNOTCH SEWER & DRAIN CLEAN
Andy arrived in 30 - 35 minutes. He assessed the issue, located the main clean out and then helped me move furniture and pull back the carpet. He was done in less then 40 minutes, helped me put the carpet back, move the furniture back to where it belonged and left the area spotless. Great Job, a little pricey because of the double time on a Sunday but well worth every penny.

    American Waterworks
Everything went well with the exception of the sidewalk slab. It was raised but could'nt get it high enough to have water flow away from the house. It just would'nt go any more. I was more then happy with the rest of their work!
