    I was pleasantly surprised. Dr was VERY knowledgeable about my condition. If I didn't understand something he took the time to actually TALK to me. He explained what/why conservative treatments I could try before deciding on back surgery.

    We had a very good experience with Dr. Holmberg. I highly recommend it. The surgery went extremely well. The recovery went very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the whole experience. We would most certainly use him again in the future.

    After my son's in-home care arrangements fell through, I was left kind of scrambling to find a new daycare program for my son. I did some online research for centers nearby my work and residence. New Horizon Academy is only about 2 blocks away from where I work in downtown St. Paul. I was really wary about putting my child into a center because I worried about an infant getting enough attention with all those other babies around., but they do a great job of giving individual attention I went for a tour and found that the facility is really clean. There are three infant rooms based on age groups so he is with babies at his same developmental stage. They each have their own individual crib and there are lots of activities for them to do. The providers in his room all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and somehow find the time to dote on each of the kids in turn. They are great with communicating Fred's day through an app called dailyconnect. They update me on his diapers, feedings, naps, and other activities they do throughout the day. They also share pictures of him with me which always brings a smile to my face! They provide formula, bottles, and food once baby is old enough. They are very focused on development and read, sing, and play with each baby every day. I love the program so far! My only complaint is how expensive it is, but really that's nothing particular to New Horizon; it is just the nature of daycare in general to be very expensive in Minnesota. I would definitely recommend this center to any parent. It's especially great if you work nearby since you get to visit your little one throughout the day!

    I tried to make an appointment with his usual physician, only to find that they do not accept Humana insurance. Allina from first call through his visit was very helpful in securing him a timely appointment to a good experience with the physician. She was very through in ordering tests and referring to a specialist for further testing.

    It was good, we used to go to Bandana Square. This was just a nicer clinic and they have the pharmacy and kind of everything right there, it's pretty convenient, close to home and I like the physician, that's probably the bigger thing. They seem friendly and we haven't had any major health issues beyond allergies or something so I haven't had a serious health issue to deal with. Although they are easier to get into than the dentist.

    She is very pleasant and professional. I also had some dealings with some VA and she has been very good with coordinating with that. and the VA is not always easy to go with. She and her staff has done an authentic job.

    The staff was efficient and on-time in getting me to a room. There was some confusion about finding my x-ray and MRI results that were sent from a a different provider, but the staff was relentless in finding them, and had success. Dr. Norberg was professional, thorough, pleasant, and answered all questions. He performed a range of motion exam that was more complete than any other I had experienced at the previous specialist. He offered his recommendation, which was not to have surgery becsue he was not confident it would work in my situation. He suggested an alternative long term solution. I felt much more comfortable with his analysis of the condition of my shoulder than the previous specialist. I will definitely return to see him.

    The service levels have improved in the last 12 months. There was quite a bit of turnover in 2011 and 2012 and now this seems to have settled down, so we see not only the doctors we know, but the office staff.

    Everyone throughout the consultation and surgical process was friendly, patient and professional. I especially had questions for the billing department and therefore dealt with them the most often, as my health insurance changed this year and I was uncertain about how much would be covered. My questions were always answered promptly and courteously. The only negative was that when we went to purchase the brace, the process was a little overwhelming because of the variety of brands to choose from. I thought the technician was pushy, rushed us through the explantion of the braces,and hurried us to make a decision (in fact everyone in that office seemed to be in a hurry even though there was no one else there). I don't spend that kind of money or make hasty decisions about medical issues. I almost went to another company to buy the brace, but after expressing my concerns to them they backed off (but only a little). Otherwise the process was great.
