    Very well. Jerry was at our house about 1 hour after we called. He had a real problem solving attitude, which is always necessary in an old house. He was personable and professional, and he did a great job!

    Adrian Kolles, the owner called within 10 minutes of us putting the word out on Angies List. I was under the impression that due to the age of the toilet that the parts for the tank would not be available and informed Adrian that we would need a new toilet and he agreed to pick one up for us. We went to Menards and picked one out and phone Adrian the model number and price and he showed up with it. On his own he took the time to check with 2 companies he gets parts from and was told they don't make them. After arriving with the new toilet and looking at our's he determined that he had parts in his truck that he felt would work in our tank and sure enough he was correct. So did he not only save us the cost of a new toilet but reduced the cost he quoted us and took the new toilet he picked up for us back to Menards. Hard to find that type of service in this day and age. Thx Adrian & Ace Kolles Pllumbing LLC for a job well done.

    First of all I will say that I LOVE everything about my kitchen and dining room and would not change a thing! The beautiful results are due to all the excellent people at Stonehearth. Starting with Chad the sales/estimator. He could see the big picture and moved me along in my initial plans. I will say I had planned on spending a lot less than I did but I am glad I invested in the quality. Doing less would have been costly but a minimal upgrade from what I had in my small galley kitchen and not a good investment. Cathy the designer was fantastic she could see improvements way beyond what I envisioned. I would absolutely say do NOT even consider a kitchen remodel with out her services! Her keen eye made all my choices so much easier and beautiful. Her detailed kitchen plan and computer generated pictures helped me see what could be. It was a pleasure working with her. The project manager Shawn was the primary person responsible for keeping the whole project on schedule, at several points he had to jump in and do the work to keep us going. In addition he was a pleasure to have around and was gracious in ensuring my 2 cats were comfortable and safe. The owner Greg came to consult with cabinet installers when an issue arose. Jenna communicated with me and had the maintenance of the project plan and the ordering of my choices with vendors. Bonnie has communicated with me and was on time sending out those invoices on time! One piece of advice I would have is that the whole process is detailed and takes time. Allow plenty of time for your project from the time of making an appointment with Chad to the closing.

    Harry was incredibly easy to work with and was happy to answer all of my questions. He did a great job explaining the options and didn't try to upsell me. He arrived promptly, clearly explained the installation process and what to expect (water shut off to house for a while, estimated installation time, etc.), and everything went as planned with no hiccups! After the installation he explained how to maintain the system and what to expect. I was very pleased with the entire process and will happily recommend him to anyone!

    When we need HVAC services, Michael is our go-to guy. He's prompt, courteous, and really knows his stuff. We've had planned services and emergencies, and he's taken such good care of us each time. We're planning to have our 20+ year-old furnace and air-conditioner replaced and he'll be the one to do it. Just can't say enough about what a great job he does.

    About two and half weeks ago, my hot water heater died leaving me with a flooded basement and no hot water. Between the failures of the warranty service I used (HMS) and the Service Provider (Crestline), I had no hot water for two weeks. After half a week of finally having a new hot water heater, the new one seemed to fail, leaving my two young kids without hot water for their baths again. HMS told me I could get a different provider and had me call Adam's. I spoke with Dean who was freaking out that he might not get paid for his services. He said he called HMS and expected me to pay another deductible FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. I called HMS the next morning and they said that was wrong. Dean was still hesitant and was wary of coming out to help our family because he was afraid he would not get paid. I ended my call with him. Instead of asking questions about the situation, offering to have a three way conversation with the warranty company, or checking his office to see if HMSs paperwork came in explaining this was a recall and that I would not have to pay, he was adamant that I was going to need to pay him and did not want to come out unless I understood that to be the case. I am surprised at the positive feedback this company has received and chalk it up to the good work they do when they DO come out and help someone. However, when it comes down to integrity and customer service, Adam's demonstrated a big, fat failure. Less

    Dercon did an amazing job helping us with our remodel--inside and out. They kept to schedule, informing us of changes. They spent hours reworking plans for our remodel, and it turned out wonderful. We got exactly what we wanted. All the workers were friendly and professional. Stephan was on top of every detail (much appreciated) and answered our questions....even the silly ones! I highly recommend Dercon.

    Couldn't be happier. They just kept working on it until it was cleared and then checked everything with a camera confirming that we had no breaks or roots. They went over and above and we couldn't be happier. We have a finished basement and they made no mess at all. Can't even tell they were there.

    They never showed up for the scheduled appointment. They did not call to let me know they could not make the appointment or return my call after I called to see if they were still coming to fix my hot water heater. I missed a half day of work waiting for them to show up for their scheduled time frame.

    Weld & Sons is an excellent company to work with. We decided to replace our electric range with a new gas range. Weld & Sons removed the old range and hauled away, made the conversion to gas with a gas line from basement up into kitchen, did the install of new range, and took care of all permits with the city of New Brighton. Very professional, and their work is high quality. I was very impressed.
