The service I received was FABULOUS!!!! Sunshine has her business arranged so you receive daily email updates about your pets. My caregiver, Ashlee, went way above and beyond! Washed the cat dishes she used, cleaned up where one of the cats got sick, took out the trash, brought in the mail.....she was absolutely wonderful. I will run out of room here before I run out of good things to say about At Home Pet Care. My sincere thanks to Sunshine and her team.

Such kindness. Such a lovely facility. They cremate one pet at a time, and his ashes were ready the next day in a lovely box. Who knew such a wonderful service existed in this world? My family and I were comforted by this experience. Thank you!

Pets Remembered Cremation Service is far and away the best cremation service available for companion animals in the Twin Cities area. As someone who does a lot of animal rescue I, sadly, have had to use this service numerous times. But each time Pets Remembered has made the experience as comforting and bearable as possible. Skip & Carol are two of the most compassionate people I've ever met. They truly care about their clients. I am comforted knowing that each beloved animal I bring to them will be treated with the utmost respect. They are the only crematorium that performs truly individual cremations (not partitioned cremations, like other crematoriums). They are open 7 days a week and have a 24 hour turnaround time. In other words, when I bring in the body of one of my darling companions, I need wait only a day to receive their ashes back. I am extremely grateful for Pets Remembered Cremation Services.

They tucked him into a basket with a blanket and gave me a chance to say good bye to him. His cremation was done that day, and they guaranteed that he was cremated alone and his ashes were kept separate. They provided a beautiful wooden box for his ashes, and a card with a paw print and a bit of his fur. I'm so thankful for their compassion and kindness. Truly a superior service at a good price. I would highly recommend Pet's Remembered. They far surpassed my expectations.

Linda and her husband are the most wonderful people in the world. They didn't cage the dogs. They had them on leashes so they weren't in a cage. As long as the dog was good. You know, if they had some type of aggressive dogs or something, they had them in a cage. But, he just loved it there. He had a lot of friends and they have dogs. He loved going there, that was his, you know, he just loved it. They were so good with the dogs. They treated the dogs absolutely fabulous, they were so kind. You know, they really like dogs. You can tell they really like dogs.

It was a shock to lose my English Springer only 2 weeks after being diagnosed with cancer. It was devastating and Pet Remembered eased the process with their sincere concern and deep compassion. They not only took care of my Brisco in a professional manner, they were kind and understanding. When I picked up Brisco's ashes, I was surprised with the care they took to make me feel better. They placed his ashes in a carved wooden box (which was included in the price), they took paw prints and kept a few locks of fur for me. They also made a donation in the name of Brisco to non-profit, Frankies Fund, to help fund pet medical services for people that can't afford them. They included a packet of forget-me-not seeds to plant in my garden next year in remembrance of my sweet boy and they included literature about grief groups. I cannot express how impressed I was with the care, concern and compassion they provided during one of the most difficult times of my life. I would highly recommend that you request their services to your vet, if/when you may need them.

Great! We met with our pet sitter before we left on vacation. She took great notes and was very detailed oriented. We had her come twice a day while we were away and she spent a lot of time with our cats. She sent us awesome emails while we were away and we looked forward to getting our daily email update about our cats. We have used Whiskers To Tails Petsitting many times over the past couple of years and we will continue to use their services in the future.

Arrived for appt with a trainer to "evaluate" my dog for a tranning class, the parking lot looked empty except for what looked like employee cars which should have been my first red flag, however I was trying to have an open mind about the whole deal so I proceed to get my dog out of the car and walk through these huge metal doors. Side note; The sign out front reads were not fancy were family or something to that extent. (Random kinda odd none the less)
Once I walk in I see four or five woman behind the front counter, not one of them greets me... Not even a hi let alone a welcome to Blaine kennels aka welcome to doggie h*** camp. After the youngest of the group pushes the phone she was yelling on to the lady next to her, she stumbles out the gate and shakes my hand and introduces herself... Then goes around the corner and I'm like soooo am I suppose to be following you or what's the deal.... Yes she replies as she is walking out the door I came in. Kira (I believe her name was) led my dog and I to this "training room" as I step through the door it reeks of dog heavily! I tell my self okay it's a dog Place of course it's gonna smell of dogs. As I am about to call out come to my dog who would not even enter this "training room" the trainer girl grabs his leash and yanks him over the threshold. I was appalled! Really I said this is how you train your animals? Before I could even get the words out of my mouth, she assumes I'm referring to what was in her hand (mind u I haven't even realized what she was holding.) I was referring to the way you just yanked him through the door! At that point I look to she what it was and it was a huge metal choke collar with prongs!! Seriously I'm sorry but it that's how your going to train my ten pound dog I'm good, I will go else where. Oh and when I mentioned something about positive reinforcement approach she looked at me like I had lost my mind! And continued to defend the collar, well mam it doesn't hurt him blah blah blah....once I grabbed my dog and started walking to my car she slammed the door to the "training room" and mumbled something I couldn't understand. Needless to say I won't be returning ever again! I honestly can't believe they're even in business.......unreal!!

I was very pleased with them. If I am going to put her someplace, I want her to have fun so she gets a peanut butter Kong and gets to play with the other dogs. I know that she is an escape artist because they have a note in their file that she had opened the gate and let the other dogs out. They are really awesome and very personable. The people that work there are great. The only thing was that it was kind of expensive. I was looking online because I was looking for a cheaper option. My girl friend uses another place that's nearby and I was looking to see if there were any reviews on them, but I haven't had the opportunity to use anybody.

We called earlier the same day of our visit to schedule an evaluation for our dog so we could try out doggie daycare.  Online it noted that they would take only a certain number of dogs daily - so we figured it was a long shot for the day after Christmas.  But after submitting our information, we called and they said they had availability, so we scheduled a visit for our dog.
When we arrived, we were greeted as though we shouldn't have come.  The lady at the desk was clearly busy and trying to check out a family of four dogs, and seemed unhappy that we were there for doggie daycare.  She spoke too quickly and we had to interrupt her to make sure we knew what was going on and how things would work. She had a staff member very abruptly take our dog away to start the doggie daycare and then we finished giving them our information.  We came prepared with everything they needed, but left wondering if it would go all right.
We checked the doggie cam that afternoon and watched our dog play, which was encouraging.  We came back to pick him up after 4 hours.  Our dog seemed very happy to see us and we checked out.
When we got home, we realized that our dog had been bitten.  He had some puncture wounds on his ear and dried blood.  He was completely exhausted for the next day and a half, which we expected, but we did not expect an injury.
We think the Woof Room was understaffed and should limit the number of dogs they take depending on their staffing.  They did not have enough people to properly care for the large number of dogs there on that day, and failed to notice dogs actually hurting each other.  Because they gave us no report besides, "he made friends fast", we don't plan to return to The Woof Room.
