    My interaction with this company went so poorly that I'm submitting my first review on Angieslist. I get it, scheduling this type of work is difficult because you don't know how complicated each job will be until you get there (the whole purpose of the time window btw). But when you call 2/3 of the way through a 3 hour window to let someone know the tech is running behind and you don't give any more information, you're starting down the path of poor customer service. You make it worse when you show no remorse and offer no apologies, but instead condescendingly explain that the tech is running late because other jobs are more important and then basically say the tech won't be able to help anyway. When your only solution is to reschedule for another day even though your customer already scheduled their time around your service window or to suggest that there are hundreds of other providers that do what they do and there might be one that schedules differently, you end up with an unhappy person that will happily find another provider. All you need to do is apologize for the inconvenience and accommodate your customer as much as possible. When the new window is 2 additional hours and the customer asks if you can make it as late in the new window as possible, just say that you'll let the tech know. My goodness, it is common sense. Needless to say, I will not be using this company and if you do, I hope they treat you better than my experience.

    Our furnace wasn't lighting, and they were able to get out same-day and diagnose the problem. The technician diagnosed a faulty valve and got the furnace running again. They didn't have a replacement valve in stock, but were able to order in and get it installed within a couple of days. The technician was courteous and conscientious, and we were very happy with the service!

    When we need HVAC services, Michael is our go-to guy. He's prompt, courteous, and really knows his stuff. We've had planned services and emergencies, and he's taken such good care of us each time. We're planning to have our 20+ year-old furnace and air-conditioner replaced and he'll be the one to do it. Just can't say enough about what a great job he does.

    Very well, in that Aaron described what he was doing and how the HVAC system is designed and installed. Really helpful. He also cleaned the blower fan blades, as they had some accumulated dust buildup.

    Our furnace went out at 7 pm one winter night. Mike from Snelling came out, found the problem and first thing the next day drove to the far side of town to get the part and had our furnace working but mid-morning. We had an ill family member at the time and having the heat on allowed the family member to stay at home. Much appreciated!

    Went very well. Very personable tech and did a thorough job. We actually have a service plan through them. They call you to set up appts. for the furnace and a/c tuneups as the time comes. Very satisfied with this company.

    We try to hire the most local professionals we can find, and Ryan, it turns out, lives in our neighborhood. Lucky us! Our 30+ year old furnace, which we were planning on replacing this spring, broke down on a -12 January weekend! Oh no! Ryan came out to the rescue--twice--to get us going again, and even loaned us space heaters. He said his work was backed up, but he could install a new furnace as early as Monday or Tuesday, but promised he would come back any time it went out again to get it going. (Maybe he couldn't do this for everyone, as we live only a few blocks away, but it certainly went above and beyond the call of duty!) We had been planning to replace the furnace this spring, but hadn't yet looked at models and prices. So over the weekend we estimated costs on his own, and Ryan sent us plans on his systems, and they looked fair and included installation. We were worried, would we be gauged for being desperate for a permanent solution? Nope. We were treated fairly and respectfully. The installation went great. Ryan will help set us up to apply for rebates, since we did get high efficiency, energy star products. He explained everything, left behind furnace filters and explained how to maintain it to get the most years out of it. Ryan was extremely professional, reliable, and we would recommend him to neighbors and friends. He appears to have a passion for his work, too, and is very knowledgeable about the type of housing we have in our neighborhood (and the challenges of a 1.5 story house!) We used to have very uneven heat in our house, and now the house's heat feels consistent, and soft. The new furnace is very quiet. We're so glad he's here in the North suburbs. Call this guy!

    Every technician involved from the initial check up which found the problem to both technicians who helped fix the problem were incredibly professional. I���ve always found the people who come to my house to be nothing but polite and courteous. They also don���t try to swindle me and get me to buy a new furnace when I don���t need one. Their evaluations have always been very helpful and they are are very good at explaining what they are doing. Even though the first technician who came to my house didn���t quite get the job done right, Seth came out and found out what went wrong and was able to fix it immediately. He was very nice and made sure that if the problem persisted, it would be noted and fixed with no hassle. He explained everything he was doing and even enjoyed playing with our dog a little bit! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for furnace or air conditioning maintenance or repair. They give very honest opinions and are very professional and I would not trust anyone else.
