    Terrible. After they were done, I couldn't tell that they had been there at all, there was not a single spot or stain that was removed. The stairs even looked worse than what they started as (although that may have been because the carpet fibers had been lifted up or turned a different direction). When I made the appointment, I had indicated that I had to leave no later than 11:30, so they said that they would be there by 10:45. At about 11:10, I called - the receptionist had no idea where they were. They called me about 10-20 minutes later, saying that they were just arriving at their 8:00 appointment. I had to leave before they arrived, and a friend let them in. She said that they did the entire house (four bedrooms upstairs, hallway, three rooms downstairs, a total of about 3000 square feet) in less than an hour. Which implies that they didn't really try. I did not expect all of the stains to be cleanable due to age and what they were. But I did expect that the common pathways and some of the smaller stains would at least be noticeably cleaner. They can do better than that. I won't use them again. I expect a level of promptness and professionalism, and at least some attention to detail.

    They did an fantastic job and they have been in business for over 20 years. They were polite, definitely on time and they gave me a discount for being a first time customer. They are a husband and wife team. I felt that I made the right choice with choosing them. They paid close attention to details and they put a lot of effort and sincerity into their work.

    They were OK. It was their first time to the house and skipped several things. They were supposed to clean the laundry room, clean the cabinets and they didn't go into the laundry room. I had to give them my credit card number before they came out. I called them about not cleaning the appliances, and the laundry room and she gave me a 20 percent discount. The next month they charged me for a full service and I didn't even hire them. I didn't call them back and I got charged twice. They did a so, so job. I wouldn't hire them again. They could have been more diligent in the way they cleaned and thorough.

    They did okay on the painting and easy stuff. Some weren't done well. They were just cut and screwed and not repaired correctly. They were a little bit expensive. I would only use them for simple stuff.

    They did an excellent job. All the normal spots were removed, and most of the hairball stains from our cats came out too. In fact, there were hairball stains that hadn't come out the last time we had the carpets cleaned, and they were either removed or dramatically lightened by Steam Masters. They are my go-to carpet cleaners from now on.

    The first time they came it appeared they were in a hurry or at the very minimum were incredibly careless. They left several lights on in the house. Didn't clean around or in the toilet or faucet. Didn't clean the kitchen appliances. Didn't dust all furniture and when they did there were several places missed. Didn't clean all floors. Left food and smudge marks on kitchen floor. Didn't replace rugs. Vacuum left rocks in carpets. Called and had them come back to do it again and only cleaned a few of the items that I had said they didn't clean instead of cleaning the house again and still left lights on and left behind dirty rags on the kitchen counter and cleaning supplies in bathroom. Still didn't get faucets clean and didn't clean floors.

    Cleaner talked on cellphone most of the time - told she was pregnant and could not lift or carry - bathrooms were not cleaned.  The only thing wiped off was countertops  - ha.  Half of kitchen floor cleaned with a swifter mop

    The people who came to clean were a little late, but when I called someone responded to me about when they arrived. They did a great job of helping get the apartment ready for my check-out date. I would prefer to give the "overall experience" an A- for being late, but that is not an option.

    Half way through contract, they raised the price 10%. They said it was because of sales tax and credit card processing fees, but I feel that should have already been included in the contract if they needed to pay those. They always did show up on the planned day. We agreed on one cleaner for 4 hours and I don't think there ever was only one. Normally there were two or three. So only one load of laundry was done most weeks. We had agreed on one cleaner so more laundry could get done.  I had a hard time figuring out what was done some weeks. Our floors were still very dirty and they did not get in the corners or even dust most of the time. If we asked for anything extra (which they said to do because they said they didn't have enough to do for 4 full hours) it seemed like a burden or it didn't get done very well.
    I was happy to have some cleaning done on a weekly basis. I am a very busy full time working mom. But it is for sure not worth the money i was paying. I assume there is a cleaning company out there that would be more intuitive on what I think needs to be done for me to feel like my house was clean for less money. I am not renewing my contract.
