    Awful repair skills and terrible service. My son brought his college car in because the gas gauge wasn't working so they put in a new fuel pump in an attempt to fix it. The gauge still didn't work and an hour outside of Moorhead the car broke down on the interstate. After 20 minutes on the phone, Advanced Alignment's insurance said it would take up to 2 hours for a tow. We called a local towing company and had it brought into Fergus Falls where they said the fuel pump had not been correctly installed (thus the repair would not be covered by Adv. Al.���s insurance) and we paid them to fix the botched installation. Jim at Advanced Alignment rudely told my son they were not going to pay for any of the repairs to fix their mistake. They were equally mean to me when I called them and refused to believe me when I said the fuel gauge had never worked. Their best attempt to make their mistakes right was to have us take it in so they could try fixing the fuel gauge again���AT FULL PRICE! I took it somewhere else and they fixed the gauge on their first try for a reasonable cost.

    I wasn’t happy with the service. It took a while for them to get done and it was an inconvenience to reschedule. They put they put the mirror on after they put the new windshield in and the mirror fell off so that they had to come back to reattach it.

    The experience was great. I have taken cars there in the past when I thought I had transmission issues and he told me that I didn’t have a transmission issue. He told me that I didn’t need transmission oil flushed unless it stinks. He really is good at what he does, and he does not charge an arm and a leg. It is real quality work and he stands behind it. He is honest as the day is long. He could have sold me more stuff to have done to my cars a number of times but he gave me options or told me that I didn’t need something. I have gotten quotes in the past from places for having some work done and then I have taken it over to him and got it done cheaper by him. But the cheap doesn’t mean it is sub-quality. He does a superb job.

    They do most of the service work for us. The work was excellently done. They are somewhat expensive. The quality of their work is very good. I visited them twice last week with two different vehicles. They are very accommodating and very professional. They do good work. Excellent interaction.

    Unknown as to whether the vehicle repairs will be done today. Service technician estimated a 50% chance. All this after the purchase of our 7 th vehicle from them on 12/16/2014. This is a small example of the poor service, poor customer relations and over all horrible experience we have received during 2014. We will not bring our 7 vehicles for service there ever again. We will not purchase another vehicle from them and I would not recommend them to anyone. Corwin has become the most unreliable and unresponsive dealership during 2014. They have had extreme employee turn- over and are going through major building renovations which seems to also be related to their downfall. Sad to see what was a good dealership turn out to be the worst in the area.

    I have been associated with him for about twenty years. I buy tires from him and whenever I needed help; he has come to help me and things like that. So he is a very good mechanic. He solves the problems with our cars very well.

    They are amazing. I have had a lot of stuff done by them. I have had the engine overhauled, gaskets replaced and oil pan changed. They do a really good job. I have been going there for a few years ago. The work was perfect. Their price is competitive. I will continue to use them.

    This is not the first time we have used these guys. We first went to Ray's at the beginning of 2012 when we moved to F-M and we were immediately impressed.  They are friendly, and will do what they can to make the job more affordable for you. 
    Our first visit we needed a new alternator for our older vehicle. We had just moved and were a bit strapped for cash. The price was too steep for us at the time, and they suggested we pick up our own part (either used or from an auto parts store) and then only have to pay for labor. It saved us close to $100. Because of that we have continued to use Ray's Auto. 
    Another time we had to go there we called to see if they did tire repair because our newer car with new tires had a nail puncture hole. A chain tire store told us it was impossible to fix it because of the location of the puncture hole and that we needed to buy brand new tires. The plug will not hold air with the location of the hole, and said it was against their policy to fix the tires.  Because we'd need at least two matching tires we would have had to spend at least $300 for two tires. Having had to get tires repaired numerous times over the year on other vehicles we had never heard that before, didn't buy it, but the guy wouldn't budge, so we left and called Rays.  
    Rays fixed the tire, and we even told our mechanic the story.  He had never heard that before based on where the puncture hole was located. It's been over a year and the tire does not leak one bit (my husband is diligent about checking the tire pressure regularly & keeps it at an appropriate level based on the weather).
    The last time we were there in August 2013 we needed to get a hitch we bought for our car installed. We would have easily been able to install it ourselves, except the existing holes drilled in our car were rusty. We considered tapping out the threads ourselves, but feared screwing them up, so called Rays.  It was worth $45 to get the job done professionally. If I recall it was about $25 or $30 to get the holes tapped and another $20 to get the hitch installed, so we just had it all done there.
    We've been there a few times and every time had friendly, fast, reliable service for a reasonable price.

    They are an honest company. We had a situation with our breaks this summer, where it was making some noise after the work was done; they were quick to resolve the issue for us. Their first response was, we have a problem and lets see what we can do to fix it. We have had excellent customer service from Kevin and Matt, the owner as well. They offer quality materials and oils for vehicles. I am able to drop my vehicle off and then call them to see when they will be finished with my van.
