  • Very nice folks. Professional, courteous. Waited over an hour for a 10 minute procedure. Maybe if they weren't paying that mortgage on such an over done building they would have more staff. time is valuable and this was a work thing. I expect to be in and out quickly.

  • Senior Assisted Living housing with this corporation leaves much to be desired at ALL SITES! If you LOVE your senior family member, STAY AWAY from THE WATERS ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES! DANGER! Be Warned! Your Loved One deserves Much Better! Nursing Managers & Staff members are a constant "revolving door" of new faces due to the Owners' "Hotel Management" viewpoint and poor overall understanding & management of nursing care and professional registered nurses. Healthcare for Seniors is not a hotel accommodation and should not be treated as such. You've made it a complete "money" proposition. No wonder you cannot keep your qualified nursing staff. Karma will return to you for what you have put into the Universe. What about very poor security at the new Highland Waters Campus? several recent break-ins in Summer 2017 . . . You expect your Nursing Staff to be Security Guards as well? Why was the Highland Campus built on a Crematorium? cheap land? It's haunted with strange noises & smells. Stay Away! What about the very abusive Maintenance Manager Chad, who hates nursing staff? You expect nurses to do maintenance as well? No discipline has been taken for his abhorrent behavior over several years to high quality professional registered nurses? No wonder great RNs don't stay very long! He must be an owner's family member. Never seen any attitude like that tolerated in high quality healthcare management. FAIR WARNING -- BUYER BEWARE!!

  • I had a real good experience with them. They found me a place right away. We were able to save a lot of foot work, and find a place that was good for them. I did everything over the internet and phone. They followed up with me to make sure things had worked out. I had done something on the internet, and they called me within the hour. I was surprised at how quickly they followed up. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful. The communication was very good.

  • They provide activities for adults that have cognitive impairment or other health issues. They really have a lot of great things to do. My mother loves to go there, she is always happy when she comes home, and her strength had improved since she started going there. They are always available when I need to talk to them. It is a very long day for my mother, but we are very happy with them.

  • I found this insurance on www.einsurance.com, which is a fantastic resource to find health insurance. I pay $142/month and I have a $5,000 deductible. I like this plan A LOT because there are no co-pays - I just pay EVERYTHING up to the $5,000 deductible. I also get a free annual checkup (both primary care and ob/gyn) and twice a year free dental. When I signed up with Anthem, I got to keep the doctor I'd had for the last 10years or so.
    When I have needed to purchase prescriptions, I still have to pay for the whole thing, but if they run my insurance card, I get a discount, presumably because I'm part of a large pool.
    It's easy to use their online bill-paying service, and when I have inquired about why I had to pay for tests done at my "free" exam, I got a clear and full explanation.

  • Complications due to anesthesia and pain management required an overnight stay. Most staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. Communication with family members was lacking which caused a lot of unnecessary concern. The billing process was very bad, but after I raised my concerns, they made it right.

  • Sometimes we receive an explanation of benefit, sometimes we don't. It is one of those situations where you take what you are given and deal with it. It is a sad state of affairs in American medicine when it costs over $500 to have a wart removed. That's just my co-pay.

  • Despite being frustrated by my lack of coverage I was overall pleased by Health Partners services - especially in contrast to other insurance companies through which I've had coverage in the past.

  • We saw a nurse practitioner and she provided service which lasted less than five minutes! She did look into our daughter's ears and indicated she did not see any signs of infection and I tried to let her know that she had a history of ear infections and was favoring the left ear, she indicated there was nothing in the ear canal to be worried about and if it seemed to get worse to bring her back. The next morning I took my daughter to her pediatrician's office and it was confirmed it was an ear infection and she was prescribed antibiotics We received a bill approximately two weeks later and it was for $283 with our insurance. I have let everyone I know of this unfortunate experience and to say the least will not return..

  • They are pretty good because they segregate my ailments to whether or not it is really serious or if I don’t really need to see a doctor then I can see a physician’s assistant.  They are fairly good about clocking me in and making sure I get in, in a timely fashion.   At times they have issues.  It is not consistent up there and they could use some more consistency.  It is not related to the physicians and it is related to the staff.  They are available.
