ARandy's ElectricAfter having a very thorough talk with Zac, it was determined that I could either spend $X to fix all the different issues separately, or I could spend money on something with a lifetime warranty and get new breakers and determine where all breakers go to and the possibility to have more breakers added in the future. Paid $60 to have Zac come out and then he broke everything down. Once I save some money to get the big job done I am requesting him specifically!!!! Use these guys! They are not there to rip you off and are absolutely respectful!- Justin L.

ATwin City PipeworksDave is easy to work with, as usual. On time. Fixed 2 leaks very quickly, another one no longer seemed to need a repair. Replaced a faucet in a tiny bathroom, which doesn't give much room to work and where the connections are a pain to get at. ATo start, Omega responded quickly to my quote request and we set up an appointment 2 days out. I thought that was amazing considering it was the holidays. The woman I spoke with on the phone was courteous and helpful. The technician Seth showed up and had our dishwasher up and running within a minute. He explained what had happened to it and how to troubleshoot it going forward. The door has a noncritical spring problem as well -- he researched parts for me and explained all costs involved if we decide to move forward with that repair. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I can't recommend Omega enough if you need a repair. I will use them again.

AI called Kathy to schedule a service call when our Kenmore refrigerator went out. She did some trouble shooting over the phone to determine the problem. After talking for awhile, she said that she thought that the condenser unit might still be under warranty and to call LG. That way, she said, she wouldn't have to charge us for a service call. I did call LG, and the unit was still under warranty, so I had LG fix the fridge. Thanks to Kathy for not making an unnecessary service call, thus saving us considerable money. I will not hesitate to call her in the future for any problems that might arrise.

AGreat experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed.

AThey* saved me money and frustration by recommending "replace because not worth repairing" - with out a service call ! ! ! Dialogue was by texting! ! ! <<< Fantastic - Amazing - Wonderful >>> Problem was not heat items despite control panel, lights, turntable all work fine. *Mandy texted me promptly in response to the message I left. She requested specifics about the problem, the make & model, age, etc. She said repair would likely cost more than replace, but she would check with owner, Michael Ude. I responded that I always tried to repair rather than "toss", which we do to much of in our society - she agreed that we "toss" too much. She checked with Mr. Ude and texted back that cost could run $450-$550 and similar new available for $250 - $400. And, given it is 13 years old, even after repair it's life is limited. How unusual and refreshing - - helpful, convenient communication, honest, friendly, ...... I will use them in future when I need assistance and I recommend you try them.
