They tried to sell us a product and I am ready to go to the Attorney General if necessary. They were rude. They did not want to answer questions. They say one thing, but then, they say something else later. They would not put things in writing like a $15,000 stair lift. They just want us to blindly pay them upfront.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We dealt with Arrow Lift.

SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSE

We try extremely hard to satisfy ALL of our prospective clients, but on occasion it becomes clear that we will not be able to fully satisfy their needs or requirements. Rather than trying to make a fast sale, we feel the ethical thing to do is to step away once this is established (as was the case here - we never conducted business with Ms. [Member Name Removed]). We would never ask for money with...

I cannot say enough about how ethical and responsible the Arrow Lift representative was.  His name was Brett Torfin, and he took great pains to figure out what we needed for our house and what the pluses and minuses were for different stair lift manufacturers.  We placed our order and signed the contract, and then (to my great sorrow) my wife passed away. So there I was having signed a contract fo...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
My wife, who has since passed away, needed a stair lift.

Most of the communication with Arrow Lift was done by our main contractor and our accessibility designer. They both spoke of Arrow Lift representatives not returning calls. Arrow Lift was given a general timeline of when the remodeling would be at a place where we'd need the lift. They were given a more exact date as the remodeling progressed. They were still two weeks late in installing the lift....

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
My husband has ALS, a progressive disease where you lose muscle function piece by piece until complete paralysis. We had some remodeling done to make the house more handicap accessible, including a wheelchair lift in the garage. Arrow lift supplied the lift and installed it.

While we did not work with [Member Name Removed] directly (it was through a 3rd party consultant, who was our actual customer - we never spoke with her during the process) it was tough reading her post about the challenges she experienced on the remodel for her husband. We are not perfect as a company, but we are very committed to doing the right thing, whatever that may be. In an effort to try to...

So far, so good. Great customer service. The installation will occur in the spring when the house is being built. No service was provided. We did not build the house, but Arrow lift has been excellent to deal with. If we have an elevator or chairlift installed in the future, we would definitely turn to arrow Lift to complete the work.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We are building a home. Arrow Lift will install it. Our relationship with Arrow Lift is not complete.
