    Overall, it went well. My one problem (outside of their service department parts cost) that occurred was that when I picked up the car (coincidence-?) I could not get into my driver door; it would not open. I never had problems with that door. However, I was having doors repaired; so it is not completely unexpected; I guess.  However, the labor for this door was much more since they took awhile to get the door open. Thus, my cost for door repairs went up about $200 and I had to do that before the next repair which it originally went in there for; an ignition lock. The cost was a little higher than i hoped for. however, their turnaround time was exceptional. They were very professional in all communication and the interaction on-site was great. The only grip is that I think with it being a GM dealer; the labor/repair/service costs may be a little on the high side.

    I dropped the car off in the morning. They took the car out for a drive and put it up on a rack and did a full diagnosis for me. They gave me a call and told me the problem, the cost to repair. I told them to go ahead and do the repair. I received a call later that afternoon that the car was done. They diagnosed the problem correctly, repaired it super fast and overall the repair bill was very reasonable.

    Request was made to replace a cracked back tail light on a motorcycle and to replace the chain and put on new tires. After two weeks at this shop I received a call "good news, we got it running". There was nothing wrong with the motor whatsoever and it was in great running condition BEFORE it was taken to the shop! What were they doing for 2 weeks and billing me for? During the same conversation they stated that they have parts on order and needed to wait to get those in and then installed. Most of the parts were provided by me at the time that the motorcycle was taken to the shop so I am unsure of what was on order. After a week and a half more I was called and was told that the bike was done. We picked it up and after further inspection at home the cracked tail light was NOT replaced! They also said that the chain was good and didn't replace it and also returned to me the a majority of the parts that I provided at the beginning of this ordeal! The ONLY thing that was worked on was the replacement of the tires. But why did this take almost a month to complete by a repair shop that specializes in motorcycles and boats?? They obviously have a monopoly in our semi-rural area and know it and take advantage of their customers!
