    I called and she diagnosed my problem over the phone for $25 (didn't know that was a service option, but that's definitely something I'll be doing again).  Then I ran up and picked up the part from her for $25.  She was fantastic and so friendly.  She even encouraged me to do the work myself instead of like other providers who want to try and nickel and dime you.

    I called this morning early and left her a voice mail. She promptly responded, and was super helpful. I gave her the model, serial number and details of the issue. She then did some research about the part, etc. and called me back. She came PREPARED with the part which is priceless! and fixed it! will get her again and refer her.

    They were good people but we had a little bit of an issue with people getting the wrong parts. He took care of it, it's just that we lost time. You wait 4-6 days for them to come out then they come out and didn't have the right thing with them. Then they have to order the right part and your oven is down that much longer until they got the right part. They only charged for one trip of course, since the second trip was their own fault. They handled it the way they should have handled it, it was just disappointing because we couldn't use our oven. They literally brought the wrong control panel. The guy messed up our kitchen floor when he pulled the oven out, he scratched our wood floors pretty badly. We had furnished card board and expressed that we were concerned about the floor. The owner came out to look at it and gave us a big discount on the work we were having done to make up for the cost of the repairs from the scratch on the floor. We would go back to them because the owner was a real stand up guy. I think he gave us $150 back. He wasn't defensive, he didn't deny it, he came out and looked. He never got defensive, he just took care of it which I loved. I would tell others to use them and make sure you have a way of contacting the owner, if something goes wrong don't mess around with the workmen. Things aren't always perfect with these service things, as long as the company is willing to stand behind their work and do right by the customer. Just go to the owner and he'll take care of you.

    THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF CALLING THEM. SEVERAL OTHER REPAIR SERVICES WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COME OUT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY QUICK TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND PROMPTLY ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT PART. HE THEN RETURNED THE SAME DAY TO INSTALL THE PART. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS WORKING AGAIN THE SAME AFTERNOON. EXTREMELY FAIR PRICE.
