Terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with a company like this before. I would never hire AllStar again. Their sub-contractors are fast but messy. They threw trash in my attic thinking I wouldn't find it. They left nails, screws, sheet metal trimmings, etc. all over the ground. Cigarette butts and plastic spoons too. The representative came out the morning I called and said there might be roof repairs needed. I got all my insurance info needed for the work as quickly as possible, but then the Allstar rep waited a whole week to tell me that I didn't want to hire them to make the repairs since it only amounted to sealing some gaps around the vents on the roof (because they have a minimum they charge).
