    Unresponsive to product issues which was installed less than 3 months - still under warranty and guarantee After numerous attempts with no responses, filing a complaint with better business bureau. INSTALL & RUN business! Stay away!

    Do NOT sign up for the Happy Home Club tune-up plan!! It is a complete bait-and-switch model. I signed up years ago when they were Uptown Plumbing for $10/month. The guy told me it was a great deal. The first few years they would call each fall to schedule the furnace tune-up, then each spring for the a/c. The past few years they never call to schedule. You have to call them and when you do, you'll be told it will be months before they could come out. Last year it was about 1 1/2 months. This year they cannot come until January!! You pay monthly for this plan and they don't provide the service they promised. And if you cancel now they come out ahead as you've paid monthly and gotten no service. When they do finally make it out, they will ALWAYS tell you something needs repair. You could have a new furnace and they'd say it needs repair. And their repair and replacement costs are at least 3 times higher than any other company. Years ago they quoted me about $4000 for a water softener - I got one put in for $800 from somebody else and it's worked just fine. I plan to cancel my service plan - they will come out ahead but in the long run I'll save money. You can find specials every single fall from any company on furnace tune-ups - and they will come out in Sept or Oct (not the middle of winter) to do the work. Hero will only make you a priority if you wish to give them even more money for a service call and repair. Don't fall for it.

    We have used another "large" heating/cooling company for the past few years but realized they were overcharging AND making recommendations that were not accurate. I gave Standard a call and not only were they able to come out the same day, our technician Nick was prompt, friendly AND honest. With a 23yr old furnace we expected something, if not the entire thing, required attention but Nick did a thorough inspection and we were happy to hear our unit is fully functional. He also let us know about their service plan which fits our needs perfectly. I will no longer look for a heating/cooling company because Standard has our business!

    I had purchased the furnace online and did the install myself, Eric was able to figure out what to do about the fan speed problem. The first tech that came out replaced the circuit board, thinking that is what controlls the fan speed. The problem persisted, so I called Pronto back and they scheduled Eric first call the next day, we talked about the static pressure in the ductwork, he thought it could potentially cause the fan that was set to a higher speed, to automaticly reduce it's speed. then go back to the pre set speed when the pressure dropped, over and over again. by choosing a lower speed on the board using the dip switches, The speed was stabilized. I was very happy because Pronto didn't charge me for the return visit. They are an Honest company I will use again if I come across another problem I can't figure out myself!

    A&B���s work was very professional, with quality work. As far as I can tell, their installation of the whole home humidifier did not leave any significant leaks in the vents or ducting. Their piping, and wiring looks pretty clean, and they are very friendly. In working with them, their turned out to be a number of issues to overcome in coming up with a final solution, due to the space in the mechanical room, and size of the furnace. It took a couple of tries to come up with the right solution. A&B stood behind their work to ensure the final product did work, where I think other companies may have slapped something on and try to force a solution. In this, I appreciate what A&B has done. My only complaint was in trying to contact A&B and try to get on their schedule. They did communicate to me a few times in text message, which led me believe they were open to that form of contact. However, I eventually found out they are a lot more responsive with phone calls, and in some cases persistence. Also, in the few times they had to come out, I felt like at least once I had to contact them to get back on their work schedule, when I think they should have contacted me once the parts were in. I would recommend A&B, as their work is very professional. I would just caution people to contact them over phone instead of text. And make sure to follow-up until you get on their schedule.

    I did have to wait 10 days to get the appointment but on the day I had an 8-12 window and was called at 9 that they would be there within 30 minutes. He was and was professional and got to work and it was fixed and working in 20 minutes. It was covered under my home plus coverage so what would have been $160.00 cost $0. Great service other than the wait for the appointment which couldn't be helped.

    Great service, fast response time, tech (Vitaliy) was outstanding, going above and beyond the basic repairs needed for a faulty bearing on a newer motor. Gave me a few lessons about heating and a/c I was not to familiar with, even though i am an electrician, although in the power production end. Really, really great response with me and my wife, and very "on it" with all phases of the industry. Will definitely use Hvac Doctor again!!!

    Standard did a great job and did the work very quickly. The installation was completed in one day. They were able to start the work within 1 week after I met with them to discuss what I wanted (other shops were estimating 4-6 weeks before they could start. Everything was done exactly as agreed for exactly the price agreed to. The city inspector made a comment that the workmanship on the ducts and PVC exhaust pipes was the best he'd seen. I would hire Standard for any future work and highly recommend them.

    Professionalism and it was great experience with company. All the staff was acknowledgement on the job. What they doing it was amazing. Price was excellent. Responsiveness was fantastic.
