ARandy's ElectricExtremely well. This company was professional and well organized from our first phone call to the end of the project. Both Scott and Mike were friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Two of the light fixtures were challenging but they worked with us and Did an excellent job. We would definitely hire Randys Electric again.- Mary A.

FRandy's ElectricI had 2 fixtures over my island - one wasnt working. Coming in they said if it was the fixture there was nothing they could do. They said let us check to see if its the light bulb. DID THEY TAKE THE ONE FROM THE WORKING FIXTURE to see if it was a bulb issue? NO they went out to Menards bought a new one put it in and it didnt work. At that point they let me know my bill WAS currently $190.00 (for their trip fee, (the wasted and unnecessary time) spent going to Menards and the cost of the bulb) & that I f I wanted them to check the transformer it would be considerably more money (with no guarantees). How much more? They couldnt say. I decided given what I got for my $190 NO THANKS- Marsha J.

ARandy's ElectricThe circuit box wiring went smoothly. While that was done by one electrician, Matt very patiently listened with understanding about the challenges my sight-challenged wife has with seeing into the recesses of the master bedroom. He was quite honest given the structural and design limitations of our older home in regards to the lighting she desires. It is not likely an area we would address versus moving to a more suitable house for my wife's sake. We used a coupon to reduce the cost of the work.- ROGER S.

ARandy's ElectricIt took about an hour, and they were very polite and professional. I should have known better than to hire without any sort of up-front quote or idea of the price of service, but we were without an oven or another option that wouldn't have required another few days at least.- Steve S.

APRIMARY ELECTRIC INCIt went great. Breaker box ended up being marked wrong so outlet was off, but 20 amp outlet was installed. Price seems high, but is going rate for electricians as checked with other ones also. Got a reduced rate for being through Angie's List which was nice. Will definitely get again if need more electrical work.- Mike S.

FRandy's ElectricRandy's Electric took advantage of my elderly mother! My mother just spent 5 weeks in the hospital on life support. When she was released and arrived home she was experiencing problems with her electricity in her kitchen and bathroom the lights were flickering and then the power went out. She called and scheduled an electrician with Randys electric to come out and fix the problem. When the electrician arrived the next day he started scaring the **** out of her telling her it could be a major problem and cost as much as $18,000 to rewire her entire condo (Its 1 level and 950 square feet). He also said the problem could be the circuit breaker panel that needed to be replaced and that would cost her $14,000. He then said that if he performed a circuit restoration and replaced 4 power outlets, replaced 2 other power outlets in kitchen with GFCI outlets, replaced the 2 light switches in the bathroom, replaced the chandelier in the dining room with a led recessed light and replaced the 2 florescent tube light fixtures in the kitchen with two 2x2 led light panels. He said he was confident it would fix her problem. He then told her that it would only cost her $3,300 to do (Made it sound like a bargain after the other 2 prices he gave her). She then said she can't afford that and he told her not to worry because they have a 1 year interest free financing plan. She wasn't happy but felt it was the cheapest option of the options he gave her so she reluctantly agreed to do it. He spent 5-6 hours there and he left. 2 days later her lights began to flicker and the power in the kitchen and bathroom went out again. When she told me what happened I called Randys irate! The lady on the phone took my info and said she would have the manager call me. 2 hours later I get a call from the electrician trying to convince me he dint screw over my mother. I told him to have his manager call me. Needless to say no one has tried to call me since. We called another electrician contractor (no way we were calling Randys again). They arrived within 2 hours. When he got there I explained to him the entire situation and he went to the circuit breaker panel. Within 5 minutes he said your problem is the outside power coming into her condo. He went outside and within another 5 minutes found that a dual 100 amp breaker was the problem. He was there for around an hour and charged less than $150 to fix the problem once and for all. I then showed him the work Randys did and asked him how much they would charge. He said about $700-800 total not $3,300. I also asked him what they would charge if she needed a new circuit breaker panel and he said $1,200 at the most not $14,000 like Randys quoted. He said in all his years he has never seen someone get it so wrong. I question if the guy from Randys is even an electrician. Where did he get his license? A cracker jack box?? Randys electric is by far the worst and the most cold hearted company I have ever heard of. The electrician (thats questionable) knew that my mom just got out of the hospital (she almost died) and all he was concerned with is screwing her out of money and up-selling her. He's probably on a commission and sold her crap she didn't need or even want. Randy's Electric should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know how they sleep at night!!! Below is a pic of the breaker the (real electrician) replaced. Look at the rust and corrosion.- Jason R.

ARandy's ElectricEverything done by Randy's Electric for us has been high quality in all respects. They have sent the same electrician, who remembers the issues we have had with our townhome. We have had them do several jobs over the last few years and have always been satisfied.- Karin G.

FRandy's ElectricThe person I spoke to in the office was the least helpful. They said there would be a trip charge irrespective without any quote on what the range could be for the electrical work I wanted to do around some outlets. Understand there are variables, but atleast knowing what the range could be would be helpful before having an electrician come down and me incurring a cost. Definitely need to up their game on customer acquisition strategy and just put in their webpage that they cannot do quotes.- Sonam C.

APRIMARY ELECTRIC INCChris and his team did an excellent job. From start to finish, they were extremely professional. He came to my house to assess the job, provided a thorough quote with a detailed explanation and cost of the services and materials to be provided . We scheduled the job and he and his team showed up as promised, and kept me informed as the project went along. It was not an easy task running electrical from one side of the house to another but he actually found an alternate route that saved me a lot of money.- Shannon B.
