AQuality Overhead Door of MankatoVery happy with service from Quality Overhead Doors. Jean, the person who runs their office, helped educate me on things like R-values and the different types of doors they had to offer. She never pressured me to purchase a higher grade model than I needed. I ended up getting the 2nd least expensive model. The doors were ordered and arrived about 10 days later. The installer informed me when they arrived and scheduled a day/time to install the doors a day or so later. I never actually met the installers because I was at work when the doors were installed, but when I arrived home that evening, I was pleased to see my brand new garage doors. There was a very minor issue of a couple wires left hanging from the rafters in my garage when they hooked the doors up to our openers. It wasn't a safety issue, just looked a little unkempt. I called them to let them know and they came back the next morning and took care of it. Wires are now neatly stapled to rafters. I am very pleased with both the service and the product. The doors we purchased were about $300 less than those quoted from a local competitor for equivalent R-value, style, and overall grade.- Vicki H.

AAll Seasons Garage DoorI first had All Seasons install the upper garage door on my home. They upgraded the opener with no extra charge, and were very good about answering my questions about which type of door I should install. They were able to put the door in very quickly (in some intense heat), so that my siding project wouldn't be delayed. I then asked them to replace the lower level garage door, which was a bit trickier. The installer took the extra time needed to do the job well.- DEBRA C.

AKnauss Garage DoorsMy garage door only opened a few inches. I looked it over and saw that one of the springs was broken. I called a contractor I trust for a recommendation for someone who did that kind of work. He recommended Brian Knauss of Madison Lake, MN. I called on July 3rd 2012 and he came out the next morning. He'd asked me a few questions about the door on the phone and had all of the parts he needed with him. Brian worked quickly and was very careful of the vehicles and items in my garage. He replaced the springs and did a check to make sure the door was working properly. He tested the safety stops and sensors and the whole thing ioncluding parts and servbice was $185. That was what we'd agreed to on the phone. I was quite satisfied with the quality of the work and Brian's professionalism, and especially his willingness to come out and do the job on a holiday.- Keith H.

AGene met with me personally, his office staff kept me informed on dates for dumpster delivery and timing of completion. Gene was at the job site several times to inspect his crews and work. Best yet, he did all the hard work with the insurance company and adjusters. After initially being told by the insurance company that they would only pay for a few roof repairs, he was able to spend the time with another adjuster and get the whole roof done as well as the siding.

AGarett was the only contractor I called that called me right back . He came to my house showed me were the proplems where and what I should do . Being a women I was not education in this area but Garett did a great job explaning everything and taking me to a couple other houses they had done . There crew was very neat and clean and professional . They were curtious of my drive way and street . The job they did was beautiful ,I've been so happy to have friends over to show my house off. They also did a payment plan that work for me and helped with being able to upgrade a couple things . I will never have another contractor do my work
