AFLOORS OF DISTINCTIONI have had Floors of Distinction lay all but one floor in my house. They are always professional, timely and the craftsmenship is wonderful. Even though the baseboard was not correct the first time, they made sure I received the product which I ordered, and did the install within the convenience of my schedule. Jeff kept me informed in every step of the process and always asked for my input when there were choices to be made during the tile installation such as the height of the tile trim along the wall or the angle of the pattern on the floor. Jeff takes pride in his work. He is meticulous when installing tile and he works very hard to make it as perfect as possible. Jeff doesn't take shortcuts or waste material. AWhat can I say...Aleksey does top notch work! One thing I appreciated was his willingness to listen to what we wanted and to provide feedback and ideas. His skill level was exactly what we were looking for. He is also a teaching professional and his apprentice he had with him had the same level of professionalism. AGene met with me personally, his office staff kept me informed on dates for dumpster delivery and timing of completion. Gene was at the job site several times to inspect his crews and work. Best yet, he did all the hard work with the insurance company and adjusters. After initially being told by the insurance company that they would only pay for a few roof repairs, he was able to spend the time with another adjuster and get the whole roof done as well as the siding.
