Their sales guy was very confident about their abilities and ensured the safe pickup and delivery. On the moving day, they arrived on time, loaded all the boxes and furniture and headed to the delivery point. The door to door service was exceptionally good. AUSA Family MovingI had a great experience with USA Family Moving when I moved from earlier this month! Office staff was great on the customer service side, answering all of my questions promptly and kindly, and following up with me without being pushy or obnoxious. The crew was excellent. They showed up on time, ready to work. They wrapped our furniture efficiently, and took great care with everything. They were conscientious of the time, and very communicative throughout the move. They checked in about where furniture and boxes should all be placed, and helped us add felt pads to our furniture so we wouldn't scratch up the nice hardwood floors in the new place! AUSA Family MovingThe crew I received from USA Family Moving was made up of 4 men who were all extremely helpful and friendly. I often see people complaining about how rude their movers were. My movers, however, were just too polite. They listened to my instructions and worked accordingly. They utilized their skills while packing and carrying big pieces of furniture. They used a lot of packing materials though. The delivery was made on time. All that packing materials might have helped my valuables to travel safely in the end. ADriftless Moving Co.We were moving my mom to an apartment across town. They were extremely helpful and prompt. Once we arrived they began working right away moving items to make the most of their time. They were extremely efficient in planning out HOW they were going to move each piece of furniture and at what angles. We will definitely be hiring them again for future moves. AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
