    My Plumber Inc
It went very well. There was a gasket that the previous plumber did not put in and he gave me a discount on putting in the gasket because I was not aware of that. He was very reasonable, made sure everything was installed correctly and tight. I will use him again.

    KAL'S PLUMBING Company
They're fantastic, very professional. I like them a lot. On the price, I don't know. I would say very possibly on the higher side, but still very reasonable. Just very professional and thorough, they do a good job. The three best qualities are a personal relationship, professional manner, and quality of work. I think they're good.

    Hopke Sewer & Drain Inc
Chuck and Tyler disconnected the drain spout above ground and then flushed the clog using a high pressure jetter.. On their own initiative, they used the same process to flush a partially clogged spout adjacent to the first one. They were punctual, professional, and successfully completed the work in less than hour. I was surprised by the bill, which Chuck said was their minimum charge when using the jetter equipment. Given their good work, I didn't argue, but doubted that the cost of the jetter equipment justified that high a charge.

    Norblom Plumbing
Customer service prior to work was good.  Amy is super responsive from the office.  The plumber arrived on-time.  Less than warm and cared less about customer service.  The plumber put down tarps to protect carpet.  He entered and exited through walk-out sliding door.  He would leave the door, including screen door, wide open while he worked in mechanical room on water heaters.  Unreal.  It was 30 some degrees, and three squirrels were running around the yard.  Really was disappointed that I had to go down and ask that he shut the door so it wasn't open to the outside while he worked.  He said "ok."  Not "I'm sorry" or anything like that.  Really?  You have to ask to shut the door?

So the tarps were down to protect the carpet.  Well, the mechanical room which I keep spotless is now covered in debris from his shoes and from the dolly used to transport the water heaters across the wet yard.  That's mine to clean up.  Ironically I had a tile contractor in working on bathroom tile regretting.  They had the customer service instincts to vacuum up the bathroom when they were done.  Not Norblom.

Next, the plumber repaired the ice maker line.  He used the same dirty, greasy hands to handle the fridge.  The front and side panels are covered with hand prints.  That's mine too for cleaning up.

Lastly, time to pay....  The amount of the bill is completely fair.  He comes into my home office and sets a metal clipboard on an expensive hardwood desktop and slides it to me.  One small scratch.

So....  technically the "work" performed is fine, but I will never use again when the plumber is not attuned at all to customer service.  Frustrating.  I will not use them again, nor recommend them

    A to Z Contracting Inc.
Found A to Z Tile and Stone on Angie's list.  Ratings were excellent so called for a quote.  Val come out as agreed and reviewed our project with us giving helpful suggestions.  Out of three quotes we were most comfortable with Val and A to Z and selected A to Z for our project on 5/6/2015.  Val agreed to start the project around the end of July which was perfect for our project.  As promised, on 7/27/2015 Val and his team were at our house early in the morning to start the project.  Val and his team had the bathroom completeley gutted and all cleaned out in one day and had most of the new sheet rock in place the first day.  This included moving a drain and shower head. At the end of each workday you could not tell A to Z was even in the house it was so clean.   By the end of the week the job was complete with new tiled shower, vanity and toilet.  Over the years I have worked with numerous contractors but none compared to the hard work and professionalism of A to Z.  Val was very responsive at all times beginning with the bid process all the way throught the project.  If I ever have a need for this type of work again I can assure you we will do everything we can to hire A to Z Tile and Stone.

    Minnegasco Service Plus
I've been a customer over 20 years. Each year more and more services are "excluded" and they make themselves less reliable. Last call-15+ minute hold to reach them. Am told next appointment is 8 days out. They can't give me a time window, but they'll call my cell and I can either get there in 30 minutes or they'll cancel. I still said ok, except they then told me the particular part on my A/C was probably excluded. I'm no longer a customer, obviously.

    Merles Water Conditioning
Justin came out and tested our water and gave me several options for eliminating our hydrogen sulfide/iron bacteria problems. We ended up buying an ozone iron filter. Both Justin and the crew that did the install seemed knowledgeable and everything was done professionally. I had contacted a few other companies and had gotten bad vibes. Based on my experience with Merles, I would highly recommend them.

    Commers Conditioned Water Co
Asked for estimate on installation of filter system and got a curt response. Then asked for more details and got no response. It doesn't bode well if you can't -- or refuse to-- field basic questions from potential customers.

    Rbm Ventures Inc
After checking out a couple of plumbing service providers, we chose RBM Ventures to replace our 20+ year old water. The owner, Rob Madsen was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us select the best water heater for our needs. Installation was completed as scheduled and without any issues. Rob was professional and offered details on water heater operation. I highly recommend RBM's services. You won't be disappointed. Don't see a coupon for this company? Don't worry, you'll still save money using their services.

    Honey Do and More
Jerry is a great service provider. He gave thorough estimates, confirmed appointments, showed up on time, performed excellent work and finished early. What's not to love about that? And he is a gentleman. I've been looking for someone to help maintain my 130 year old house.... Jerry's the guy. D
